In regard to complaint[redacted], Mohave Homes, Inc. investigated the complaint made by Mr. [redacted].  We would like to clarify that Mohave Homes, Inc. has no affiliation with Tony Edmondson, whatsoever.  He is not employed by us, does not represent us in anyway, nor is a salesman. ...

The RV in question had recently been sold personally to Tony E[redacted] and clear title was given to him.  My understanding was that he was making arrangements to transport the RV off of our lot.  Mohave Homes, Inc. had no knowledge of him making any agreements and/or arrangements as to the sale of the RV to another party.  He was never given permission to sell this RV while on our lot, nor were we aware of any transactions taking place.  Mohave Homes, Inc. received a call late Saturday evening, asking our salesperson not to let the RV leave the lot.  Salesperson was unaware of the circumstances, just that the owner of the RV had called, and he did not want the unit moved.  According to salesperson, Mr. [redacted] called Tony, on speakerphone, while he was standing there.  Tony told Mr. [redacted] he would be there shortly with title.  Everyone was in agreement and salesperson left.  Have no further knowledge of what transpired after that, just what Mr. [redacted] included in his statement.

In regards to Mojave Homes response, we, The [redacted]s deny any attempts to contact us in regards to this matter. We each have cell phones and we also have a home phone. We are also both retired and would not pay a company for their services only to not return their calls to have said work finished. No attempts were ever made to physically come by the house as one of us are always home, and no business cards were left, no voicemails from the company, nothing. If a representative from this company is working out of town on a big job, then we believe as a good business practice, they should not have scheduled the work on our home until after the out of state work was completed and they were fully available to complete the job we paid for. It is our belief that this is not an isolated incident with this company and we only wish to prevent anyone else from becoming a victim of their careless business practices.

We are sorry that we have not previously responded to Mr. [redacted]'s  complaint.  The owner, [redacted] tried calling Mr. [redacted] but was unable to contact him, before leaving town.  He still plans on going by there to check out the problem.  However, he has been out of...

Mohave Homes, Inc. has been in business for over 20 years.  We strive for customer satisfaction, and have worked hard to establish and maintain good customer relations.  We apologize for any misunderstanding and/or inconvenience.
