I initially went to the one in Bullhead City until I moved to Kingman. In Bullhead, my case manager changed a few times and not one of them helped me. Kingman has been so much worse. I have been through at least 6 case managers, and none of them have helped me out at all. I had one that was supposed to sign me up for a food program and then she quit. The new case manager, Trecia, can't for the life of her figure out what I was signed up for. Then she never returns my calls. I get a call today that they want to change my med doctor, when the only thing that I ever mentioned was that I wanted to try Ketamine therapy because I have tried over 20 different kinds of anti depressants and anti anxiety meds, and even anti psychotics which made me have horrible thoughts of hurting other people. I cold turkey quit those. I am only on one med now. My med doctor cancelled on me 3 months ago, but when I was having a really bad day and couldn't make it in and did a phone call meeting instead, she treated me so badly. I just want something that works! And they do not care at all. They want to try to take away the one medication that helps my horrific anxiety. I have filed a case with the dept of greivences because the way I have been treated is criminal. And I have an SMI. I need their help to get food stamps and no one will help me with my records or how to go about doing it!

Mohave Mental Health has refused to give medication when it is needed, when medication is given and it doesn't work, the doctor ignores the severe side effects and gives another form of the same pill. The doctors do not allow knowledge of multiple drugs as alternatives for what does not work for a specific patient. They have made me quit my job to get other ailments diagnosed faster and then go against contract to make us pay. Most house managers are verbally aggressive and refuse to listen or give any straight answers whether they are needed or not. The workers do not communicate between one another to keep the patient's case valid and correct. They outright refused to fix things when, according to the signed contract, they were supposed to comply with in a set number of days instead of refusing to fix after ignoring the problems for six months. Mohave Mental Health has caused more mental harm rather than helping to better my mental state of health.

I was a former client of Mohave Mental Health Clinic and worked for them for one day,I believe with all my heart the clinic didn't want me employed there because I am disabled,and when I was a client years ago I was treated badly.
