Unfortunately I took my computer for repairs to Herb Groves, who claimed he could fix it. He not only kept my computer for 10 days, took $140+ for parts I did not need, he damaged & gouged the top because he obviously did not know how to open it properly. He gave it back with a $260 invoice and within 10 minutes of booting the same blue screen appeared NOT repaired!!!
He told me it was fine when he tested it, but I believe that was a lie. He ripped me off, threatened my livelihood, and within weeks closed his doors and moved. Save yourself the grief and do not let this man take your money.
