As stated in our first response, Mohawk Ambulance employees were not the responding paramedics on this call and were not present in the patient's home during the initial medical assessmentHowever, ifthe Mohawk employees did not act in a professional manor at any time while this patient was in our care, we sincerely apologize for any behavior that she considered to be inappropriate or disrespectful.Sincerely, MOHAWK AMBULANCE SERVICE Wendy S*** Mgr, Business Office

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to
complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe response I got from Mohawk Ambulance Company was dismissive and
did not take into consideration that there was any wrongdoing on the
part of their employeesIn short, they asked their employees if they
had done wrong; the employees acted in the best interest of themselves
and stated that they had notOf course any employee would deny that
they had done their job poorlyMohawk Ambulance seemed to find this as
sufficient proof while any reasonable person would find that to not be
the case. All I am asking for is a written apology and a
promise to do better int the futureWhy this is too difficult for

involved a response to a scene where individuals were found as possible victims of an assaultAfter reviewing the patient care report and interviewing the crew who transported this patient, it was determined that the patient received a minor assessment, no treatments, and was not transported by stretcher to the hospitalThe concerns brought forth by the patient's father are justifiedThe patient should not have been billed for a full assessment and transportBoth the patient and her insurance company will be fully refunded the amounts paidSincerely,
