*** *** purchased his vehicle September of with 44,miles on itHis vehicle came with a day/ 3,mile warranty from date of purchaseWe have no record of *** *** having to bring his car back for service If he was having any issues during that
time we would have taken care of them. We do know that he put 23,miles on it in months. If he would like us to look at his vehicle and provide an estimate, we would be happy to do soHe would have to advise JSAC who has possession of his vehicle, to allow Mohawk Auto Sales to look at it

Per [redacted], she didn't get our letter requesting clarification. She does want us to reach out to the business.

To Ms. [redacted] and Revdex.com, I am sorry to hear you have had some...

issues with your car. Our records show that we installed a used information center on 11/29/2013.   On 2/03/2014 we ordered another information center for you because the lights on it would flicker off and on.  When we received the second one on 2/17/2014 you brought the vehicle back and we installed it.  Now it seems like that one also might not be  working properly. Ms. [redacted] had called and left a message for the owner of the company Mr. [redacted]. He returned her call to her job because that was the number she left for him and he left a message with an employee for Ms. [redacted] to return his call. Mr. [redacted] was going to explain to Ms. [redacted] that he would replace the information center with a brand new one from General Motors.  That offer still stands for Ms. [redacted], to bring her vehicle back to us to replace the information center with a brand new one.  We also want to explain that the information center, and the vehicles headlights have nothing to do with each other. There is no possible way to lose your headlights if the information center is not working properly. We would also like to point out that the invoices Ms. [redacted] attached with this complaint were all warrantied. She never had to pay for anything out of her pocket. As far as Ms. [redacted] wanting her money back for her car payments, she would have to consult her finance company for that.Thank you,
The Management Team

We are sorry to hear that [redacted] feels the way she does, maybe I can help. It is standard procedure to mail the “ NOS “ and the “ AOS “ certified mail so we know the customer received it because there is a signature required upon delivery. The NOS is the notice of sale which the customer receives after the repossession or voluntary surrender which was this particular case.  After the sale of a vehicle the customer will receive via certified mail the AOS, affidavit of sale which breaks down all the charges and fees associated with the sale of the vehicle. We will attach copies of the NOS and the AOS which have [redacted] signature on both. You will be able to see clearly on the AOS that her vehicle was sold for a gross sale price of $2700. If [redacted] cannot find her copy of the AOS, we can provide one for you.

Hopefully this will help clear up any confusion for [redacted].

Thanks again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have returned the car to Mohawk Auto Center and they have sent a letter indicating that they have sold it.  I want all my money back and nothing but against my credit so I can purchase a new car.  I need a vehicle for transporting my grandchildren and the vehicle I purchased from Mohawk Auto Center was not safe. If they felt it was safe they would have resold it on their lot instead they auctioned it off. Resolution would be my $2,000.00 and nothing against my credit. Regards,[redacted]

Please note that if [redacted] signed for these, which she did, she will have these copies already.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Thanks

Hi [redacted]
I cant find the sales transaction. I purchased the [redacted] in February...

of 2012 and Let them repossess it around June or July of 2012. I was still trying to work with them to get into another vehicle in the months between the purchase and respossess. I have looked all over for the sales transaction and can not find it. I never signed anything when they repossed it, they just came and took the vehicle. Thank you for your help

Mr. [redacted] brought his Durango in for service 5/15/2014 because it was overheating. Our technician found coolant leaking from behind the timing cover. We replaced the
cover, gasket and all the antifreeze. The total was $718.62 but, because Mr. [redacted] didn't have all of the money for...

the repair, we agreed to refinance half of the repair for
him. He only had to give us $300.00 and he could take his vehicle. When Mr. [redacted] returned for overheating again, we found that because the vehicle was driven
multiple times for many miles while overheating, that the motor was bad. The total estimate for a used motor installed was around $2800.00. What we did for Mr. [redacted]
was credit the first service bill of $718.62 off of the $2800 bill for the motor. That being said, the repair is down to approx. $2000. Again Mr. [redacted] didn’t have any money
so we refinance 100% of the $2000 service bill.
We think we went above and beyond for Mr. [redacted], and we always do for our customers. I would also like to note that his vehicle was never brought back here multiple
times for the same thing. I will attach all of the work orders we have for him.
Please notify us if you have any further questions.

Thank you

To whom it may concern,   Ms. [redacted] purchased her vehicle May 10th 2013 with 59,244 miles on it. The first time she came in was December 18th 2013 with 66,950 miles. She was complaining about her transmission was kicking between 20-40 mph. Even though she was...

out of her dealer warranty, we offered to repair the transmission at our cost of $487 plus tax. When Ms. [redacted] came to pick up her vehicle after the transmission was repaired, she then expressed other concerns about the car. It was at that point she mentioned the no heat issue and windows not working issue. That day, we diagnosed the problems and gave her an estimate. She explained she had no money, so we offered to refinance have of the repair bill so she only had to come up with the other half. In March 2014 she did return to have that work done on the vehicle. As of now, we have not heard from her since. If she would like to bring her vehicle in for an estimate we would be glad to help her out. We think we have been more than fair with Ms. [redacted].
Thanks  Management Team
