Hi [redacted] I cant find the sales transactionI purchased the [redacted] in February of and Let them repossess it around June or July of I was still trying to work with them to get into another vehicle in the months between the purchase and respossessI have looked all over for the sales transaction and can not find itI never signed anything when they repossed it, they just came and took the vehicleThank you for your help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have returned the car to Mohawk Auto Center and they have sent a letter indicating that they have sold it I want all my money back and nothing but against my credit so I can purchase a new car I need a vehicle for transporting my grandchildren and the vehicle I purchased from Mohawk Auto Center was not safeIf they felt it was safe they would have resold it on their lot instead they auctioned it offResolution would be my $2,and nothing against my creditRegards, [redacted]

We are sorry to hear that [redacted] feels the way she does, maybe I can helpIt is standard procedure to mail the “ NOS “ and the “ AOS “ certified mail so we know the customer received it because there is a signature required upon deliveryThe NOS is the notice of sale which the customer receives after the repossession or voluntary surrender which was this particular case After the sale of a vehicle the customer will receive via certified mail the AOS, affidavit of sale which breaks down all the charges and fees associated with the sale of the vehicleWe will attach copies of the NOS and the AOS which have [redacted] signature on bothYou will be able to see clearly on the AOS that her vehicle was sold for a gross sale price of $If [redacted] cannot find her copy of the AOS, we can provide one for you Hopefully this will help clear up any confusion for [redacted] Thanks again Management Team

To Ms [redacted] and Revdex.com, I am sorry to hear you have had some issues with your carOur records show that we installed a used information center on 11/29/ On 2/03/we ordered another information center for you because the lights on it would flicker off and on When we received the second one on 2/17/you brought the vehicle back and we installed it Now it seems like that one also might not be working properlyMs [redacted] had called and left a message for the owner of the company Mr [redacted] He returned her call to her job because that was the number she left for him and he left a message with an employee for Ms [redacted] to return his callMr [redacted] was going to explain to Ms [redacted] that he would replace the information center with a brand new one from General Motors That offer still stands for Ms [redacted] , to bring her vehicle back to us to replace the information center with a brand new one We also want to explain that the information center, and the vehicles headlights have nothing to do with each otherThere is no possible way to lose your headlights if the information center is not working properlyWe would also like to point out that the invoices Ms [redacted] attached with this complaint were all warrantiedShe never had to pay for anything out of her pocketAs far as Ms [redacted] wanting her money back for her car payments, she would have to consult her finance company for that.Thank you, The Management Team

Mr [redacted] brought his Durango in for service 5/15/because it was overheatingOur technician found coolant leaking from behind the timing coverWe replaced the cover, gasket and all the antifreezeThe total was $but, because Mr [redacted] didn't have all of the money for the repair, we agreed to refinance half of the repair for himHe only had to give us $and he could take his vehicleWhen Mr [redacted] returned for overheating again, we found that because the vehicle was driven multiple times for many miles while overheating, that the motor was badThe total estimate for a used motor installed was around $What we did for Mr [redacted] was credit the first service bill of $off of the $bill for the motorThat being said, the repair is down to approx$Again Mr [redacted] didn’t have any money so we refinance 100% of the $service bill We think we went above and beyond for Mr [redacted] , and we always do for our customersI would also like to note that his vehicle was never brought back here multiple times for the same thingI will attach all of the work orders we have for him Please notify us if you have any further questions Thank you Management team

To whom it may concern, Ms [redacted] purchased her vehicle May 10th with 59,miles on itThe first time she came in was December 18th with 66,milesShe was complaining about her transmission was kicking between 20-mphEven though she was out of her dealer warranty, we offered to repair the transmission at our cost of $plus taxWhen Ms [redacted] came to pick up her vehicle after the transmission was repaired, she then expressed other concerns about the carIt was at that point she mentioned the no heat issue and windows not working issueThat day, we diagnosed the problems and gave her an estimateShe explained she had no money, so we offered to refinance have of the repair bill so she only had to come up with the other halfIn March she did return to have that work done on the vehicleAs of now, we have not heard from her sinceIf she would like to bring her vehicle in for an estimate we would be glad to help her outWe think we have been more than fair with Ms [redacted] Thanks Management Team

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Regards, [redacted]

contacted Mohawk to pick up car.Took 3hrs s/b 1hr 45 min then got to member, took credit card and then left w/o car due to not using to their garageX-XX-XX Xpm called [redacted] to tow car. Mohawk garage was to be there 1hr 45min. Took 3 hours to arrive. Took and charge debit card for testing battery, alternator and starter. Said it was alternated. We wanted it towed to our mechanics. [redacted] wanted to tow to their garage so left us there in snow storm with no car and no working phone. Said [redacted] had more important call in Williamstown going to their garage. Called dispatched to complain and the [redacted] was yelling, swearing and hung up, then called back swore some more and said [redacted] wouldn't come back. Tow truck driver came back. Loaded car on flat bed then carelessly dropped it back in the parking lot and left again. Now it was over 3 hours in a snowstorm, no heat, having to find a phone to use again to call [redacted] for another tow. Most unprofessional, rude, nasty men I have ever dealt with.Desired SettlementLoss of their [redacted] contracted and loss of their license to tow in MA and a full refund of charges put on card.Business Response Mohawk Auto Sales Representative [redacted], **. received the complaint noted in the subject and has the following response: Mohawk Auto received the call from [redacted] for a battery call at which time they had two (2) battery calls one located in North Adams and one located in Williamstown. The driver went to the location in North Adams first to test the battery. After testing of the battery they found the problem was the Alternator... Therefore, the vehicle now needs to be towed to a mechanic. The driver explained to the Vehicle owner (the vehicle owner was not [redacted]) [redacted] was not present during the testing of the battery nor was she present when the driver and the vehicle owner agreed to the following. It was also noted while the driver was assisting the car owner she was using a phone (white in color) therefore that was an incorrect statement made by [redacted] as well as the driver had to call the owner when he was on his way. The driver and the owner agreed that ... because the vehicle owner wanted the car to be towed to Lanesboro which would take approximately an hour and a half round trip that the driver had to still go to the Williamstown location to address the other battery call. After that call was completed he agreed to come back and pick up the vehicle and tow it to a location of the owner's preference. The agreement was the driver took the vehicle owner's credit card information and the owner of the vehicle was going to leave the key to the vehicle on tire and the vehicle owner informed the driver that she had a ride coming to get her. Meanwhile, the driver performed his responsibilities in Williamstown and proceeded load the vehicle owners car onto the flatbed of the tow truck to bring it to the destination agreed by the vehicle owner. The vehicle owner and her ride was still on location and the male that was the owners ride began to have words with the driver appearing to create conflict. While the vehicle was being loaded, [redacted] called Mohawk Auto Sales and spoke with [redacted] and proceeded to scream at him stating he charged her daughters credit card and never towed her vehicle to the garage. [redacted] tried to speak to [redacted] but she kept getting louder and louder and he was not allowed to explain to her the situation. [redacted] had decided that this behavior was unacceptable and he decided he was not able to work with [redacted]. So he told her he would not be able to tow her daughter's car as he was not able to work with her. [redacted] called [redacted] immediately to let them know they would need to provide her a tow service and explained his reasons. He then called his driver and told him to leave the car in which the driver removed the car from the flatbed with the same care given to all customers. Mohawk Auto Sales NEVER CHARGED THE VEHICLE OWNER'S CREDIT CARD. Mohawk Auto Sales had addressed the vehicle owner's [redacted] call in regards to the Battery issue. Mohawk Auto Sales did provide the service they agreed to provide. Unfortunately the service turned into a towing situation which was unplanned. Signed Mohawk Auto Sales
