I would like to respond to Mrs [redacted] so called complaintYes she did hire our Company to provide a bedbug service for herA typical bedbug treatment runs usually for a one family home around $This includes three visits and we treat the entire house top to bottomWe have done many houses at this price for bedbugs and charge even more for multi unit buildingsOur prices are usually just under what the national companies chargeIf we were going to treat the whole house a prep sheet would have been sent so the customer could prepare correctly for this type of serviceNow we usually guarantee that we get rid of the problem after those visits, but give no long term warranty for bedbugs (nor will any other company) as someone usually brings them back in againNow in Mrs [redacted] case, when told how much we charge for the service ,we got the "1m years old" and "1m on a fixed income" excuse which Is fine, so she wanted to know how much to just treat the bed In some way, she must have thought that doing just the bed would eliminate bedbugs elsewhere in the house, but mike priced it dirt cheap to try and appease her with no warranty offered for a spot treatment which she agreed? toNow mike went back to do a followup a few weeks later and treated the same "bed only" area and after only days Mrs [redacted] called to say she had found a few bedbugs in the bed we had treatedI explained to her that getting rid of the bedbugs is a process and to expect to see them since this was only the second service, and who knows if they were coming from other areas as she only wanted the bed treatedwell this did not sit well with her and demanded that if someone did not come back by 4:that day to treat again that she would contact your officeUnable to get a word In between her yelling and threatsour conversation was ended.? so , If I had been able to explain to her the legalities of how soon we could retreat the "spot"? she wanted us to treat again, I would have told her that by the chemical label, which Is what wefollow, and NYS DEC, not hap hazzardly just doing what the unknowing person demandswe? would have to walt days before we could reapply the chemical and give it more timeNow as far as "preying on the elderly" and "scam artists" that statement Is absurd and very untrue Our company has been in buisness almost years, have thousands of satisfied customers (and a current A+ rating with you) with a good share of them eldery who we givesenior discounts to and who have remained our customers over many yearsAs far as "making the check out to cash", If you get a copy of her check you will see it was stamped and deposited as all of our checks areSo, If Mrs [redacted] would have had the proper type of service in the first place (which we initially expalned to her) instead of wanting to do just a spot, her results would have no doubt been betterI suppose that after almost years In business this type of thing is bound to happenWe will not be refunding any money to her and wish her well in finding a "real" pest control company as she states this will be our final response to her and the Revdex.com In this matter as our lawyer will handle any further slander on her part from here on outJeffrey W***? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It was more than a bed that was sprayed, it was three beds, a sofa, and a pet bed as well as carpet flooring, clothes drawers, and closet spaces I never made the agreed upon price, Mike quoted me at originally and when I explained the situation of how a dirty house guest brought these bugs in recently while visiting and my fixed income he offered to come for the paid amountMike was very polite and nice to deal with I never had a issue until I spoke to Jeff about all that was done and he said Mike would call back about a return visit but never did.
