Good Afternoon,  We are in receipt of complaint number [redacted] and are submitting a response in regards to that complaint regarding our free gutter with the purchase of a qualifying roof replacement. We have not canceled or withdrawn the free promotion for previous customers to date. We have...

however, experienced a supplier issue and have been consistently searching for a new comparable supplier. A letter was sent out to any customers who had not received the free installation explaining the supplier issue and delay.  We do appreciate the ongoing patience and understanding from [redacted] And [redacted], and would like to express that we are still seeking a suitable gutter supplier. Once we secure a reliable, and comparable supplier we will gladly fulfill the free offer. In addition, we are forwarding a copy of the free gutter promotion terms and conditions, witch clearly states that the promotion is subjected to availability, and other reasons beyond our control.  Also, we wish to point out, that the promotion holds no cash value. Mr. And Mrs. [redacted] received fair pricing with no roofing discount. The offer is for a free gutter installed by M.V.R. subjected to supply availability.  To close, our intentions are to fulfill this offer as soon as possible. We regret to inform that we are not in a position to substitute a discount in the roof that was installed by offering a cash alternative.  Thank you again for your patience.

Hi [redacted], We did not remove any gutters from the home. The house had no existing gutters. As a rule, we do not remove gutters until new ones are installed to replace the old ones
