CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY -PER THEIR POLICY:
All reservation changes must be confirmed in
writing to Mohican Adventures
by mail, email or faxthey stated "changes "was only for name change???? I didn't write that clause- they didI tried to "change" not cancelall they kept saying is: so do you want to cancel? and saying if you no show , you are considered a cancel, and will get no refund
They said that medical was mentioned in their policy???

This was a medical injury/accident!EMERGENCY
I have every email between Mohican adventures and myself
The day of the injury 6/9/and the day after 6/10/I began calling and emailingit was not until 6/27/when I did a review on Facebook, that they even acknowledged/mentioned my husband's healthWe are still 7/29/recovering from the injury, surgery ,off work etc, as well as no family vacationThis will still continue to affect our familyUnder the circumstances that this was medical, not an elective surgery(planned)I'm simply at a loss as to why they could not accommodate in some wayI wasn't calling and saying: I cant get off work, my car broke down, I don't have the money to pay etc blah blah blahI even told them I would provide medical documentation, as I'm sure that others may have not been honest about "reservation changes"
