Mohican Reservation has been in business for over decades, Customer satisfaction has been a key to our success and as you know being Revdex.com members we have a record as such and is always willing to give the customer the benefit of the doubt Not in this caseThe complaint # [redacted] is from the same group as complaint # [redacted] in which I will respond the same to each I will get straight to the point in both casesAfter investigation Mohican Reservation, Incis holding its stance in no refundMohican Reservation had to issues refunds to other customers camping & canoeing due to their belligerent & unruliness and unlawful acts to guests & employees in which we have witnesses and that will testify in this case and some filing charges brought Mohican Reservation sorry to say has never in all the years dealt with a group such as this and as such is holding its stanceThank you!

Mohican Reservation handles hundreds and hundreds of customners on a weekly basisWe do everything possible to ensure our customers have an affordable, enjoyable, and comfortable vacation
I have read *** *** complaints, and do NOT
agree with any of the information she has provided
They came into our office to sign up for a personal watercraft transportThey were informed that there would be a small wait on any transports of about an hour as it was the busiest part of our dayThey asked how can they get going sooner, and they told that they could go and drop off canoe at our landing and get a shuttle up to the landing or rent a canoe and we could get them going right awayThey didn't like those options, so they left the officeMrs***'s husband along with another male came back into the office and said there was a trailer outside and they wanted to go nowMr*** was told of the many people scheduled before him and that there was still about a hour wait and we would get them going as soon as we couldI did offer them to go on a shorter canoe trip and we could get them moving soonerHe was very upset and told us, very rudely, that he was only doing the long trip and we were going to take them nowHe was informed, again, of the hour waitMr*** then called me a couple obscene names and said he could go up the roadHe then said another obscene line in front of my customers and CHILDREN which resulted in him being asked to leaveHe was then escorted out of our office by two customers
Mrs*** then came in the office and said she wanted her money back nowShe was told we do not refund when you are being asked to leave, but all could be fixed with a simple apology to me and my customers from her husbandShe then threatened that if we didn't do what she said that she would 'blast us on social media'She proceeded to argue on what her husband had said even though many staff and many other customers were telling her what was saidShe then argued with me to call the cops on myselfWith many of our customers yelling stuff at her she finally left the officeThey were then were escorted out of the park by my staff
Mohican Reservation does personal watercraft transports as a convenience to our customers, and as stated in our brochure/website the transports are subject to our availabliltyMany people with their own watercrafts understand that
Also, our quite hours start at 11pmThey are strictly enforced as stated in our brochure/websiteOur night staff does not start work until 11pm
As far as myself, Jennifer, I am the owner on siteI deal with all situations/problemsAs I have previously stated, Mohican Reservation deals with hundreds and hundreds of customers weekly
Mohican Reesrvation will stand by our policy of no refunds if asked to leave

Jennifer's response is absolutely nonsense and lies! There is so much mis-information that I don't even know where to beginI cannot believe a business owner can respond like this and continue to conduct business the way she hasPlease review the MANY negative reviews on Yelp and Google and know that we did NOT say anything "obscene" to Jen at allIn fact, I was very calm when I entered the office to ask what had transpiredShe then said that she kicked my husband out and I was a "crazy ***" and needed to leaveI am outraged that these lies can be perpetuated here by herI NEVER said anything obscene to this woman and feel like were were treated so improperlyThey NEVER offered any options for us to take our own canoe; we were told that we needed to rent their canoes or we had no other option (even though there WAS a trailer with a gentleman outside who said he would be more than happy to take us.)
This is absurdI advise all guests to read reviews on this place and see that JEN is the common denominator here and apparently gets away with these lies fairly often by claiming it's the GUEST's fault and saying it was the GUEST who said obscene things to them (when it's really her who flew off the handle in this situation.)

Yes I am a common denominator in all my businesses - thank you for noticingYou spend your time spreading very untrue, unwarranted slander on the internet - which you promised to do, but means nothingWe know that usually people will say nothing unless it's negative and untrueWe have thousands of people here each season that have a great time, and come back each yearMany multiple times which speaks louder than wordsWe have the greatest customers and appreciate them
I personally don't find anything calm, rational, or even mature in your complaints let alone when you were in our officePeople of all ages use the interent and I believe a point can be made without harsh languageYou have filed a complaint and your husband, *** ***, which I feel like I'm being attacked by the both of you - AGAINIt is unclear to me what you are seeking here but somebody to argue withTherefore, this will be my last response on the matter

This lady is a pathological liar. If you need more proof please read customer reviews on various websites. There is a pattern with this lady. I want my money back because her response is 100% false. Please see other Revdex.com complaints and Google and Yelp reviews to back up my claim. I will not stand for this and the Revdex.com should help the consumer out. Thanks

Yet again, calling me names as if you know me. I back up my version of what happened along with many witnesses.
I would gladly have given back any money with an apology. Sometimes people say stupid things without thinking and I understand that. Being mature about it will get you alot further.
Mr. [redacted] has chosen to fight the credit card charges, therefore this is out of my hands. The credit card companies will resolve it now.
I would also like to offer the couple that was with Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] a free weekend of camping and a free canoe trip. I really felt bad for them - they looked very embarrassed while this incident was going on.
This will be my last response.
