Our Customers had been contacted October 12th to have a repair set for October 13th, unfortunately we had both of our installers out on the 13th and no one to sendout. My installers where out to the house today to get the gate repaired and to good, working order. We had every
intention of getting gate corrected soon after they had called the first time. We have sent our apologies to our customer and Thanked them for there patience on this repair

? Concerning the bed bugs and roaches.? Ms*** was only staying in the room occasionally.? She was allowing people from the homeless to stay in the room.? She was basically making it a homeless camp.? The exterminator told me this homeless shelter is the source of the
bedbug problem in Anchorage.? We had the exterminator in to spray for roaches and also professionally heated the room to eliminate the bedbugs.? The water temperature is set at a standard temperature of degrees.? The reason we kept the deposit is because of the extra people she had staying in the room.? We charge ten dollars per day for the extra people.? Four extra people times the ten days I know they were there equals four hundred dollars.? Thank you
