I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This business was unethical for forcing payment before treatment and defies every vet system I've ever seenI got one voicemail, not calls saying the parvo test was negative. They establishment made many errors in the time they had him*** had a rash on his two hind legs, the vet had said they were insect bites, but when we took him to another vet they properly diagnosed the rash as an allergy from the food as it contained poultry, and when we showed the chart which the glucose was off the chart and even says "high" on the result sheet, but overlooked by Mohnacky, the second vet confirmed that was an underlying issue. I had also asked the vet and the tech to administer the third parvo shot if the test had came out negative, which they conveniently forgot to do. Also, they put on his paperwork that he was neutered, which he isn't, another detail overlooked. The vet was making it seem crucial to do the x rays, but when I asked her to proceed, merely an hour before closing, she seemed more interested in going home early.When I called and asked for a diagnosis, they had no answersThey had found it wasn't a parasite, but still issued antibiotics, pain medicine, and anti nausea medicine, however all were unnecessary as they didn't even know what was wrong with the puppy, as the official diagnosis they put on the release papers was "depression" Due to the bad business of forcing payment before treatment, faulty answered, and lack of attention to important details regarding the puppy, I will not be satisfied until receiving a full refund for his visit, as when I consulted the second (proper) vet he had told me this vet charged merely 4x what the treatment would have been anywhere else, and with the second vet he said the treatment wouldn't have exceeded $and a diagnosis would have been thereThe secondary (proper) vet said it was indeed the glucose surge and the allergy to poultry that made him lethargic. The visit to Mohnacky was an extreme waste of time and resourcesMight I add the lack of professionalism, when I left them a review concerning the issues above, the workers marked the review as "funny", as if forcing someone to pay $for nothing is a huge jokeAgain, I will not be satisfied until I am fully refunded for this visit

owner ([redacted]) was advised that the hospital needed to secure a deposit for these services. Slik. marked she had lost her cards and needed to pay cash; therefore, we offered her the Care Credit option. The owner was very upset that she was late for work but we did not some kind of deposit before proceeding.C, she went to a bank, brought in cash, and approved the estimate.[redacted] called back and declimed the x-rays before they were dore against the recommendation of Dr. [redacted]. Dr. [redacted] called three (3) separate times as the diagnks' co were completed. She also called andspokc personally to [redacted]'s parents upon pick up of the puppy. [redacted]. The Parvo test was negative so {{* lispital proceeded with the recommended treatments and the it did very well throughout the day. Thebiood work was unremarkable and the Glucose level was within normal limits for a stressed painful puppy. Thei: Icose level was not a cause of any of the pet's issues.is he: continued to do well throughout the day but was still painful, Dr. [redacted] advised the owner again that sile could be a blockage but, at that time, the owner declined X-rays (now for the 2" time). When [redacted]'s parents came to pick up the puppy, [redacted], at closing time, they expressed an interest in doing the Xrays right at that time. Dr. [redacted] advised that the pet be taken to Emergency and they would be able to continue treatment, including x-rays at that time.[redacted] mentions that in her comments and, at the end of the day, after treatments were done, the pet was totally normal when she got home. Dr. [redacted] did not feel vacciri. wee medically warranted because the pet 'as not feeling well. The Director of our hospital refunded al! in } i^{ition that went home plus some of the l: spiral charges, Ms. [redacted] was also given a 3-month's supply fir in edication for [redacted], at no charge.The final resolution was to talk, in depth, to her father to discuss is slation to the situation. At the conclusionhr conversation, it was felt that the owner was satisfied.
