Review: I purchased a gift card for $300 to Mohonk Mountain House. I called the toll free number provided on the back of the gift card to MMH to confirm the balance. That phone number was ###-###-####. At the time of purchase when I called that number the balance told was $350 give or take. A few months later when I called MMH to make reservations with that gift card I was told the balance was 129.40 and that the reporting agency they had used to verify account balances on the back of the card (the toll free number) was not a valid number and that I should have called them directly- MMH for the balance.Desired Settlement: I would like MMH to refund my $300.
