Review: This company is constantly harassing me with erroneous late payment fees. Because of this harassment, I submit all payments on time via the [redacted] Services using Certificate of Mailing (which I have all receipts) that shows when I mail payment yet the harassment presist. The monthly bill has lots of extraneous fees that I do no understand nor agree with. [redacted] increases my storage rate without proper notification and explanation. Their behavior does not appear to be within the parameters of the law. I would also like to know the govt. office that regulates the Storage Industry. Will it be necessary for me to contact the Public Advocate [redacted] or [redacted] at the NYS Attorney Generals Office, to bring charges against this company?ThxDesired Settlement: Billing adjustments and removal of all those extraneous charges from my account.

Moishe's Self Storage has sent me a tremendous amt. of paper work stating that they have sold their company to [redacted] @ [redacted]. I received this months bill under [redacted] heading with the same bogus charges (late fees and Protection plan fees). There must be some govt. agency that I can contact to report this horrendous situation. I'm sure that I am not the only one that is going through this hardship for no good reason. The general public needs to be protected against this kind of relentless abuse. I say to you loud and clear somebody "HELP"!
