I placed order on 6/10/and was promised it will ship to me within - business daysCalled customer service on 6th business day (6/18/15) and was told the order will be shipped next day 6/19/Called them again on 6/19/because there were no e-mail notifications no order update online and was told that my order isn't shipped yetThen I cancelled the order and asked for full refund to my credit card and was assured the refund request will be sent immediatelyOn 6/23/received e-mail about "Credit Memo# 0000..."After a week 6/26/I called customer service about my refund and was told it was processing and I need to wait - more daysAs of today 7/02/I still get no refundIt looks like this business does not really sell jewelries just collect money

I purchased a ring a year and a half ago, the first six months of problems I faced with varous things going wrong with the ring,the company was very good aboout resolving the issues After I experienced an allergic reaction to a white gold setting I originally ordered, they replaced it in a yellow gold seting, I was appalled at how chintzy it looked compared to the white gold Within a few hours of having the ring on, I was moving a suitecase in the car and it pushed up against my hand the ring was on, into the side of the trunk Later that evening when I took the ring off, I noticted the shank was bent, I couldn't believe it! I contacted the compay and they said to sent the ring back and they would have their jeweler look at it and to see if they would be able to add more good to the shank That possibility was not an option after it was looked at They were working with me to find a different setting that had more substance to the shank Up until April of this year, I was in contact with Randy in Customer Service,, he sent me a picture of a setting that I liked and agreed to I then received an email that they no longer were doing business with this vendor and he would look for another vendor and get back to me and that most of the vendors they worked with in New York were behind due to the rough winter After a few months of no response to my emails or phone calls, I realized I had been put off and It is now apparent that the company is unable to fullfil the promisses they made to me I had the stones upgraded to the "Forever Brilliant" carat T..W., and I am unable to wear it in fear that it will the shank will bend, I can guarantee that the shank is so thin that I could push on it with my thumb and it will bend A lot of money for a ring I am unable to wear "VERY DISAPPOINTED" I am finding more and more complaints about this company on the internet, after having my home burglarized and everything taken from me, I did not want to spend an excessive amount of money on jewelry, I feel robbed once more

I have just gotten done with a month long saga with Moissanite Jewelry ShopI did receive my refunds from them, thankfullyBut the lies and excuses they gave before that were very unprofessional and inexcusableBuyer beware
April 16th: I bought an FB square brilliant moissanite from Moissanite Jewelry Shop
May 1st: I received the square brilliant ring
May 8th I returned it (cut was too warm)
May 11th: I ordered a round brilliant FB moissanite, at their suggestion
May 13th: they received the 1st order ring back
Then weeks (business days) of emails wondering where my 2nd order ring isIt was supposed to take at max business days
June 5th: after many excuses from them, I canceled my 2nd order
June 11th (1st order) & 16th (2nd order): I emailed them each day respectively and said I would open a dispute in Paypal if they did not refund my money for each orderMy money was then, finally, refunded that day

This review is for the entity known as Mothersringcollection.com, Moissanite Jewelry Shop, Brilliant Jems These are all the same company Prior to placing an order for a ring in early December, I inquired if the ring would be delivered in time for Christmas I was told by Randy that it would be I ordered the ring from Mothersringcollection.com After days, my account status still said "processing" I emailed Randy, I called Randy - no reply I emailed and called several more times - no reply On December 22, I finally recieved a terse email saying the "mounting is on backorder" After multiple emails asking for an update, I finally heard from Randy on January 7, with a very terse "we are working on it" On January 18th, with still no word on when the ring woujld be delivered, I cancelled the order for non-delivery of item through my credit card I found the experience wildly unprofessional, and EXTREMELY frustrating

I'm really happy with my decision to buy from here! Randy answered my questions quickly and made me feel good about my purchase. I knew it could (and probably would) take 10 business days to ship since I was getting a different gold. On business day 11 I checked and received a quick response that they were hoping to get it out that day. It ended up coming sooner than estimated by FedEx and I'm really happy with my purchase! My only "complaint" is that it's a bit loose and fits exactly like a size 6 ring I have, but both were purchased online and I've lost weight so really I can't complain. There's always some risk with buying online but I'm really happy I did! My unenhanced stone is beautiful and the ring is exactly what I wanted.

Just like the other customers this is for a NEGATIVE review! BUYERS BEWARE!! My fiancé and I ordered our wedding rings on December 4, 2015. We were told that we were told like the customer that they "factory was running behind" and that they were "pushing the factory" to get the ring or materials or whatever they needed to complete our order. December goes by nothing, I kindly tell [redacted] we can wait until January. January goes by so I ask if we can get the rings by Valentine's Day since my fiancé had something special planned. [redacted] answers, "Yes, you will get them before and I hope you are pleasantly surprised" - I HAVE THE EMAIL CHAIN if you people need proof this guy is a LIAR! Feb.8th rolls around, I email, I text, I call, I leave messages NOTHING!! Not a [redacted] word or peep from these people. How harrowing is that to know they have had your money for months, and you've no wedding rings?!!! Thankfully I paid with paypal and filed a claim. I was way too nice for too long since I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I STILL don't have the rings!! I just got word today that paypal settled the dispute/claim in MY favor so I now get a refund. It's February 22nd!!!

Here's what's really crazy - a week after I stressed out leaving messages etc...and AFTER I File a claim with paypal- [redacted] as the nerve to email me saying he will "try to get my rings to me by Feb.26th" Try?! I emailed him back saying its too late, just refund us. Then he tries calling and emailing again. Paypal said no to correspond with them so I didn't. I am now awaiting my refund.

Thanks [redacted]! You freaking WRECKED OUR ENGAGEMENT!! Please be aware folks that if it's too good to be true (i.e. their prices, policies. etc..) it is!! The website states that you will get a response within minutes - Yeah right!! No, no you don't and THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!

I will never recommend these folks and god forbid they are a DBA under other names I Feel sorry for those who fall prey to these thieves. Please be careful and go with a reputable company. Again, I have the email chain with THEIR responses to prove this review is legit!!
