I am a homeowner in *** ***, and have *** ** *** * *** *** as my property management firmI had a tenant allege potential mold issues at my property and my property management firm hired Moisture and Mold Solutions as the contractor to inspect my houseMoisture and Mold Solutions per their report did a visual inspection for $and put holes throughout my house causing property damageThis contractor also is provided a report stating that there was a visible leak, and active hole in my bathroom when in actuality this was a old nail-headThis contractor has caused me substantial hardship due to their inaccurate report including legal feesPlease do not ever use this firm, as they are not qualified and will cause you nothing but further trouble
I hired this company to do some mold remediation to satisfy a home inspection for a house sale. This job was completed in less than 2 hours and the charge is over $***. I do not feel that is justified and I am not happy with this charge. As far as materials, only one piece of insulation was replaced and some spray was used. I feel taken advantage of. The business owner asked to see the inspector's estimate before providing me an estimate and I think he just used the inspector's figure instead of giving me a true cost estimate. I would not recommend this business.
Our Company strives to meet every customer's expectations. After all, customer satisfaction is paramount for a business. It is unfortunate that you wrote a bad review simply because we would not lower the agreed price on the signed proposal. Your complaint was not about the quality of work, only that you felt the job was finished too quickly. Your review implies you were handed an unexpected invoice after the job was completed.
A written proposal was prepared and accepted by you prior to the work being done. The proposal clearly stated the scope of work to be performed and the price. We performed all work outlined in the proposal in a timely manner and with quality workmanship. We also performed additional work that was not included in the proposal at no additional charge. Our price was several hundred dollars below the home inspector's estimate. You also obtained a price from another company before accepting our proposal. This should not be considered a valid complaint.
