MoJeaux has credited only one of the 3,000.00 unauthorized payments.  They have not responded also to AMEX.

Review: MoJeaux entertainment charged my credit card on two occasions without my permission or a contract signed by me. Booking Manager was contacted after charges showed up. She said it was done in error and that she would refund the next day. That was on November 8 and charges were made on November 4. The wedding planner that was assisting in finding the entertainment had also called regarding the charge and she too was told that it was an error and that it would be corrected. I did not sign a contract with them. We had inquired about booking a date for November 12, 2016. They said a deposit of half would be required. The planners credit card was given to hold the date while a contract was pending. They too charged her company 3,000.00. Now they have charged collectively between my american express and the planners american express 9,000.00 of which neither of us approved. The amount had we booked the band would have been 6,000.00. Which would require a 3,000.00 deposit. Again, I have no contract nor did I approve. She has sent messages that she was waiting on her CPA to do, then she lost the numbers she said...etc...Stalling for now two weeks. I did reported fraud alert to american express. I want to make sure this does not happen to any other customers. It is deceitful and horrible business practice. My only saving grace is that I can dispute with american express. I am happy I did not go into a contract for services and pay by check, otherwise, I would have I am sure a fight getting a refund.Desired Settlement: American express has already started the dispute and pending resolution for 3 weeks for business to respond before charging back. Charge back takes longer then them refunding. I want her to honor her word to refund the card charged.
