I made a purchase an item - [redacted] Inflatable 9ft Pontoon Boat Pro Package Includes Oars Motormount & Air Pump Misc for the listed price $79.95 - through [redacted] (sold by Mojetto) on Sunday, July 14, 2013. I got charged through my credit card. Somehow, the seller later refused to sell the item to me with the price that I purchased because they made a mistake on the listed price. I rejected their refusal for the reason that I feel they don't respect the buyer. If they made a mistake, they shouldn't charge the money or send me the order confirmation. I told them that I will make a complaint & they told me to do it. Therefore, I've decided to file a complaint here because as a buyer, I have a right to be protected. When our inventory feed uploaded to [redacted], this part was linked to a pontoon boat. We realized the problem, and called this customer immediately to let him know that we had to cancel the order. We explained the situation in detail, apologized, and made it clear that we physically do not even have a pontoon boat to sell him. He was very verbally angry. Due to his language barrier, he put someone else on the phone and I explained the situation to him. Then he asked me to call the customer's son, who could speak English better. I did, and the son was nice; but said his father demanded a pontoon boat. I explained again that we don't sell pontoon boats, and didn't have one to provide him. The price he paid was for a small part, and would not logically pay for such a large item. We've apologized, explained and refunded his money immediately.
