Dear Revdex.com,We do have record of a (almost year ago) visit from [redacted] regarding a left side headlamp malfunction The technician diagnosed the headlamps as needing replacement, two bulbs were out at this time We informed the customer that we would install the bulbs for no charge, they would only be responsible for the cost of the light bulbs themselves.The customer refused the repair and we have not seen them since I do believe the customer was frustrated that the bulbs would not be covered by some sort of warranty Any and all warranties that would cover light bulbs had expired and we do not have authorization to stretch any manufacturers warranty.If the customer would like to contact VW to see if would like to participate in any gesture of goodwill, the contact number is [redacted] Alternatively, our offer still stands, if the customer will pay for the light bulbs we will install them (complete the labor) at no charge.Please let me know if there are any further questionsSincerely, Gordy W***, OwnerCompass Motors###-###-####
