complicated.     When our installation manager contacted the customer to schedule the installation, the customer cancelled the professional installation part of the order.   A copy of the email exchange in which the customer requested cancellation is attached.    Per the customer's request, we cancelled the installation order and issued a refund for the installation portion of the order.   A copy of the refund detail that was emailed to the customer is also attached.    The customer self-installed the RO machine and then contacted us to tell that it was not working correctly.    We believe the problem was likely the result of an incorrect installation (an unfortunate risk that was undertaken when the customer decided to self-install the machine).      Despite the fact that the customer cancelled the professional installation and self-installed, we agreed to send a technician out for free to see if the RO system was not working properly because it was not installed correctly or if there was a problem with the machine itself.     Unfortunately, we just learned the the customer uninstalled the system so there is no way to determine the cause of the customers issues without re-installing the system, which we are unable to do for free.    Management is determining the best course of action from this point forward.  However, we wanted to respond to this complaint now to show that it has no merit.     I will provide an update as soon as one is available.     Thank you. LB B[redacted]MOJO Water[redacted]
