Review: I purchased a Macbook Pro 15 inch with upgraded hard rive for $700 on June * 2015. I received the item on Monday June [redacted] from Mo&Joe assured me the computer was in great condition and also told me that we have 30 days to send back if we are unhappy with the product. On June [redacted] I opened the computerW and discovered that the service battery was on. When you click on the battery icon in the far right corner on MacBooks it will give you the status of your battery. My computer says "Service Battery". *see photo attached* Because of this the computer, after a full charge, only lasts an hour without being plugged in. This is highly unacceptable when buying a "refurbished" company from a "valid" company. I've been contacting [redacted] every day now since I learned of this issue and he is avoiding my calls and messages. He tells me via text he will call me then never follow through. I travel a lot for work and need a computer that can hold a charge. For $700 my computer should not have been given a computer with battery that does not hold a charge.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the full costs for battery replacement and service plus for my time via [redacted] ( method of payment used for purchase) and hassle or to be shipped a new battery.
