I apologize for the late response. The repairs took longer than expected. I am now in discussion to figure out what the next step will be to get this matter resolved.

Good afternoon, In response to Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint please allow me to
explain the following: 1. Our trucks pick up vehicles from the tires not the
bumper or any other part of the vehicle. 2. [redacted] visitor spaces
are clearly marked "Visitor" either on the ground or in the...

next to the number, I have submitted a picture that shows the vehicle was not
in a space designated for a visiting vehicle (Picture #2). In regards to the damage claim we did ask Mrs. [redacted] to take
her vehicle to our shop: [redacted] to have them look at both the
physical as well as the mechanical damage being claimed. Once Miss [redacted]
arrived our Tech did ask the Tech from Tuning Solutions to come take a look at
this vehicle as a second opinion. Both Techs reported that the vehicle had a
lot of physical damage which they did not believe was done by the tow truck. Furthermore,
both Techs reported that all 4 rims had several dings around the edges, in
their professional opinion those were caused by the vehicle brushing up against
cubs. Our tech was not able to diagnose the problem with the mechanical claim
of the vehicle. They were however asked to take their vehicle to [redacted] to have it looked at there, they were referred to speak to Daniel when
they arrived. As of today Daniel has not reported to us that Mrs. [redacted] took
her vehicle to be diagnosed.Picture # 1 shows the condition of the front of the vehicle
after the tow truck dropped it off at the vehicle storage facility. As you can
see on the picture there is no miss alignment on the bumper. The vehicle storage
facility also does a survey of damage on the vehicle when they check the
vehicle in and they did not find any damage that could have been caused by our
trucks. Mr. [redacted] was on the phone giving our tow trucks license
plate number to an unknown person, and for an unknown reason. Mr. Dan asked
Mrs. [redacted] not to bother the pregnant secretary inside the office and Mrs.
[redacted] went inside the office and harassed our pregnant secretary trying to
force her to give her last name, after this last incident Mr. Dan did in fact
escort Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] out of the building. All of this was captured by our
security cameras. Since Mrs. [redacted] is seeking “Compensation” for a proper
diagnostic of her vehicle she may already have had the vehicle diagnosed by a
mechanic shop of her choosing in which case we would be interested in reviewing
the report stating the cause of the dash lights being on in the vehicle in
order to determine if this was caused by our trucks. In regards to the request
for reimbursement the claimant must file for a tow hearing with the JP court. The
receipt from the vehicle storage facility will have specific instructions on
how to file for this hearing. If further proof is requested all parties
involved are willing to provide H Town Towing with written statements of the
events in their own words. Kind Regards

acceptable....AAMCO has blamed Tempoe and Tempoe blamed AAMCO. I was told at one point to have a nice life when [redacted], the General Manager couldn't understand my frustration. I called back three times after being declined when he finally answered after our first call. I admit I was tough to deal with, but I fully expect a General Manager just like myself to be able to take some heat and understand a [redacted] customer is mad about the situation I shouldn't have been put in in the first place by AAMCO. No compensation was provided and [redacted] hasn't even called me to follow up since our last conversation. I did inform him I was looking at other options to resolve this matter if need be as it carried on for two months longer than it should have. Put yourself in my shoes [redacted]....AAMCO has lost a loyal customer over poor handling of a situation

I am rejecting this response because: Car has been fixed almost two weeks ago. Mechanic knew immediately that it WAS the pump. Just like I told Aamco. Mechanic said immediately.   If you can hear the noise its OBVIOUSLY the pump. Havent had a problem since. Aamco wasted my time ( 5 or 6 ) days off work and $125.00 . There were no leaks!!! All it took was about 3 hours to fix. OBVIOUSLY I took it to the wrong place..

I am rejecting this response because:  He did not finish. After returning the 3 rd time which was on Saturday. I told him the pump was worse as ever. Couldnt even steer it. Whemn I returned with the car he lifted the hood and with the lid on the reservoir all the fliud was bubbling out. He then stated he couldnt work on it because he was closing. I told him I work on Sundays and Mondays and that I was going to have to miss two more days of work. He then told me if I had it at the shop firat thing MONDAY morning it would be the first one in. Drove it there Sunday night parked it right in front of the office. Right beside the door. He stated to me later that he did not see car there. Basically he would of had to been blind not to see it. By about 1130 am I called to chexk on my car. He told me it had not been looked at. I asked him why and thats when he said he didnt see it. Although when I arrived he was walking right beside it. I asked him why he wasnt in the back yet and first he told me there wasn't a llift free. And it would be better to look at it tommorow. Which would of been Tuesday. Again I asked him why...then he changed the story and told me his tech had to leave on an emergency. My power steering still doesnt work and I was told by a different texh that I needed a new pump.  He lied to me several different times . I believe because I am a women and he thought he could keep lying to me.
