Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ? This is true and correct to the best of my ability and is not misleading: I find it interesting at best one that would claim christianity would have no thoughts whatsoever? of making a gesture and asking how I am healthwise, and want to make things rightI find it unusual that that [redacted] has no kindness nor caring into the seriousness of my heath problems as a result of their toxic black mold filled apartments,they rented to me with no disclosure that the apartments flooded, thus proclaiming it must be someone elses fault? Just as [redacted] referred to it as my black mold.to me when he said I would have to move after I had given them written notice of my intent to vacateI am having breathing problems, heart palpations, I have to sleep sitting up and it is very restless sleepMy body aches, and my vision has been impaired and damaged.? ? There are safety and health and neglect issues involving the rental property by [redacted] ***, and [redacted] ***.? This? is retaliatory and discriminatory in nature to me? and I was NEVER offered another unit to live in while they repaired the toxic black moldEver! In fact they could not make me that offer as all units were rented, with the exception of unit one which had heavy flooding when [redacted] was flooded.It is uninhabitableAlso there is improper ventilation in the plumbing where the sewer and the sinks and showers and tub has horrible smelling stinky back flowThat too is toxic, as the plumbing has not been properly ventilatedThe wiring on all apartments is unsafe for habitation as breakers are tripped and blown when one cooks in one apartment, and one bakes in another apartment.? The black mold can no longer be hidden by a short paragraphs of outright untruths! I pledge to advocate for others who have been victimized by those who rent property with full knowledge of black mold in the buildings.? This response is not satisfactory to me nor would it be satisfactory to any "reasonable woman or man." 1/04/This BUS is represented by an attorney, who has requested that all future Revdex.com inquiries be sent to his office via email. With this in mind, the mediator drafted an email today, which included a list of eight questions.01/11/The mediator called the attorney's office and attempted to reach attorney, *** ***, or legal assistants *** or ***, to see if they received my email. The mediator left a VM message.01/19/(The mediator spoke to the BUS' attorney, *** ***.) I have an "Intent to Vacate" letter from the CONS, dated 08/31/At that time, the CONS indicated that she would be out of the rental unit by 09/15/17. This was a month-to-month arrangement. The CONS claims that she paid a $cash deposit, but all I have on record is a receipt for a $deposit that was paid on 07/29/2009. I spoke to the CONS on, or about, 09/26/because she had not removed her belongings from the premises. I asked the CONS for a forwarding address, but she hung up on me before providing the information. Because we did not have a forwarding address, I sent the CONS a detailed text message giving her until 09/30/to remove her personal belongings or they would be disposed of. I also notified the CONS that my client had video taped the condition of the unit, that it was "disgusting," and that she would not be receiving a deposit refund. I invited the CONS to call me if she had further questions, but I have not heard from her since that time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to *** ** ***, and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me I appreciate the refund of the application fee, but I am still not satisfied with the hard credit inquiries placed on our two sons' credit reports even though they were not co-applicants, but merely proposed additional residents I suppose we will have to pursue this with the credit reporting agency directly Perhaps in the future, Advanced Asset can make it more clear on their application that all adults mentioned on the application will experience hard credit pulls

The mediator also notified the CONS that her deposit was withheld because of the condition of the unit when she vacated and that the BUS has video tape to document their decision.01/25/The mediator left a message for the CONS giving her one more week to provide proof that she paid a $deposit on her rental unit.02/01/The mediator attempted to leave a VM for the CONS, but this did not appear to be a working number.? The Revdex.com is closing this case because the CONS has not provided requested documentation, because the BUS' attorney has reported that the CONS' deposit was withheld due to the condition of the unit when the CONS left, because the BUS has video tape to support their position, and because the CONS has not disputed these facts.? The case is also being closed because the CONS is seeking money for pain and suffering and personal injury, and because she is alleging criminal misconduct on the part of the BUS.? These issues are beyond the purvey of the Revdex.com mediation program

I was able to speak with our asset manager [redacted] while he is on vacation as I want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I am sorry that [redacted] was unhappy with his experience with our company. We maintain a high level of integrity and ethics so I am surprised to hear about his...

experience. In order to resolve this matter to [redacted]'* satisfaction I have refunded his application fee of $120.00 and a receipt is attached. I contacted [redacted] and was told that there is no way to change the inquiry. I do want you to know that our application agreement does state that "I hereby agree to an application fee of $30.00 per person 18 and over on the application for credit and background checking".
