He is expecting what? As I stated before he did not receive a verbal or written day noticeHe left the park space with out sweeping. we still gave him his $cash deposit back before he contacted your office the first timeHe demanded I give him cash because that is what he gave me. the first electric bill was given around 1/17/He never said a word until he wanted to leaveI did rent the spaceHe was only charge for the two days he was here and the last months elected bill and the closing billAn outside agency handles MBR accountI didn't tell him what his electric would be I don't know what they are running in their RV'sHe is paid in full here and everything returned in days.

I am rejecting this response because: it is a mixed bag of lies with a tiny bit of factShe gave me a verbal three day notice to provide hard copy of vehicle and RV registration in her office on February after I handed her $in cashImmediately following that I was handed the February monthly newsletter with highlighted in red a paragraph stating that three day notices to quit would be issued for those that did not provide vehicle registration immediatelyI had just had a conversation with her in which I had expressed that I had already provided and submitted the details of the registration for the RV but was unable to object in the hardcopy So the following day I chose the option to quit in which I went in and asked for my money back that I had given her the previous nightShe said that she didn't have it and she was unwilling to give me the contact information for someone with whom I could get itShe told me that I would have it the following Monday which was the 4th From the fourth until the 15th I have documented in my phone call logs that I've made eight phone calls to her and received three back of which I saved the voicemails with her telling me that she did not have my money and another one on February telling me that my money would be ready the following day which was the eighthI called her two days after that on the 10th in which she told me tthat she did not have it and that it would be there on Monday I drove miles to the location at which time she notified me that she did not have my rent but only had my depositI told her from the beginning that I challenged the electric bill as I was there for days and accumulated a total of over $ I made a video of there on sealed meter running wildly while my RV circuit breaker was off and nothing runningFurthermore she assured me upon my move in that electric bills never exceeded $ After my first interaction with her when I tried to receive my money and her boyfriend/assistant manager who works there Gary became very aggressive threatening in violent with me I recorded the conversations and every interaction that took place subsequently after thatOn the recording's aside from the obnoxious heckling of Gary Denise over and over states "I don't have your money I am sorry I don't have it I can't get it you'll have to wait, I don't know how I'm going to get it to you." Keep in mind all the while that they had my money the space that I vacated after the notice to provide registration or quit of which I have a copy they rented out space and was billing twice for the same spot having kept my money, and only returning less than 30% of it Furthermore there was never an agreement to give a two week notice, it is not a house it is a x slab of asphalt with recreational vehicles that pull in there and leave as people are usually traveling, it's A ridiculous assertion that an RV park would request a two week notice before leaving and I challenged her to provide evidence of this agreement that she alleges I would also like to file a complaint against them not being in compliance with the department of weights and measures and reading their own meters and billing according to undisclosed kilowatt hours from unsealed meters I have a square-foot house that doesn't incur the electric bill they allege my foot RV that I spent less than eight hours a night sleeping in consumed that energy

small amount of dirt we took care of for himI called him the 6th or 7th to tell him his cash deposit was here as he requested but he didn't come till 2/12/to pick upthe rest would be mailed to him, he didn't want to give me an address, so the check was sent hereI was off 2/14/I received the check 2/15/called to tell him it was hereI also received a message from him telling me it had been two weeks and if I didn't get it to him yesterday he was taking me to small claims court. He also left owing Electric bill and closing bill totaling $He signed a paper stating he would give me a week notice not the same day. Most places do not give rents backI told him I would try and help him by renting it so I could get some back to him after the bill was paidHe also owed for days amounting in $for rentHe came into the office mad at me saying I was holding his moneyI have till 2/23/to return his deposit. I also made no promise or stated I didn't keepI am also sorry he was not honest. *** MBR Manager

Immediately following that I was handed the February monthly newsletter with highlighted in red a paragraph stating that three day notices to quit would be issued for those that did not provide vehicle registration immediately. I had just had a conversation with her  in which I had expressed that I had already provided and submitted the details of the registration for the RV but was unable to object in the hardcopy.  So the following day I chose the option to quit in which I went in and asked for my money back that I had given her the previous night. She said that she didn't have it and she was unwilling to give me the contact information for someone with whom I could get it. I was off 2/14/2018. I received the check 2/15/2018 called to tell him it was here. I also received a message from him telling me it had been two weeks and if I didn't get it to him yesterday he was taking me to small claims court.  He also left owing Electric bill and closing bill totaling $293.57. He signed a paper stating he would give me a 2 week notice not the same day.  Most places do not give rents back. I told him I would try and help him by renting it so I could get some back to him after the bill was paid. He also owed for 2 days amounting in $40.00 for rent. He came into the office mad at me saying I was holding his money. I have till 2/23/2018 to return his deposit.  I also made no promise or stated  I didn't keep.
