You called me your friend at one point in time, I am surprised that you did what you did to me by turning me in to the Revdex.com. We admitted to damaging one of your ducts in the area where we were working only. You told me that...

you needed to replace all of your duct work because it was old and not working properly. I did say that I would repair the damaged duct in that one area only. It was your decision to have it all replaced. The a/c men you had do the work, performed their job from the opening that we made in the floor above you. Had it not been for this opening, they would have had to work from the hallway and crawl above your ceiling from there. I called the company after you told me that I owed you $500.00 for my part of the damage to ask for a breakdown of what they did on the repair only. I do not know who determined that this amount is what I owed. They told me that you owed them the full amount because it was never told to them that I was paying for a repair of the one duct only. I find this to be very disturbing because I was going to use the a/c men that were hired by the tenant on the floor above you to make the necessary repair for me. I feel like the amount you said I owe is unfair. To make things even worse, you still owe me a balance of $468.00 for work that I did for you inside your unit which [redacted] said we did not use some of the materials which were listed on the invoice. See the copy of the letter which [redacted] sent to me. I checked with [redacted] and he said we did install the materials that were listed on the invoice. The water to the building had to be shut off in order to perform the work inside of your unit. So the labor and materials charge should be paid for as billed for. As far as Javier going out to check for a leak under the kitchen cabinet, it was found that the drain piping had been moved by some object while placing it under the cabinet which created the leak. We would not have left on 6-20-2014 and left a leak dripping under your cabinet after installing the new disposal. The date you called for this leak was on 8-28-2014, two months after we installed the disposal. Surely you would have called sooner if you had the leak there after we completed the installation of the disposal.[redacted], as far as I am concerned, you can keep the S468.00 and use it to apply towards the duct work repair that was damaged and I did not get an itemized list of labor and materials used to do the repair as requested from the a/c company by myself. All I received was a total invoice for all of the work that was performed on your a/c ducting. I believe this amount is more than enough for the repair to the damaged (one) duct that we did. Please do not call me in the future to perform any other work for you. I just want to say that I do appreciate you letting us work for you in the past. I still consider you a friend, however, I think it would be best to just remain friends and not work for you or [redacted] from this date forward.
