We found this online shop and were excited to get exactly what we wanted after finding the designs on Pinterest. *** emailed me back when I tried to purchase online thru their website and said the processing was down and sent me an invoice thru quick books. So glad I put it on my cc to protect me! Paid 2500 in full upfront, she was very responsive to my questions before I paid. After I paid, I sent 15 emails over the next 6 weeks, tried calling her “business” messaged on Instagram and Facebook. Zero response. Promised the goods at 6 weeks and never heard back. Finally filed a claim with my cc for a refund. I hope they got their $$ back.

We ordered and paid in full for a custom kitchen island on December 31, 2019 and have not received a reply to email inquires since February 17th.

Spoke to owner via phone prior to placing my order on December 11, 2019-total pre-paid in full, $2,385. Also on the 11th I emailed her detailed information and questions as this is a custom order. On December 17th I texted her (as she indicated that was a good form of communication for her) to make sure she received my email - a day later I received a reply that she had received my email. On January 6th, I texted her to obtain dimensions of vanity so our contractor could rough in plumbing for the sinks correctly - no response. On March 17th, now 14 weeks with no communication, I texted again to ask for a status. On March 19th I emailed her and basically asked for either a commitment to delivering our vanity or a refund. No response. I then opened up a dispute with our credit card company shortly thereafter and have been waiting to purchase another vanity. I have checked with our credit card company and now it appears she has responded to the cc company but it is still unresolved and I have to wait until June 5th for more news. Ironically, I happened to be on their website and they have changed the url to another company name; under the FAQ's page I also discovered a specific note about not opening up a charge back with the credit card company until the buyer communicates with them (the seller); my account still shows 'order unfulfilled'.

I contacted Molaco Design Co by text (the only way they would communicate with me) on January 30, 2020 to ask how long the production time was for making me a custom vanity for a house I am building and they replied 7-8 weeks. I placed the order online on January 30, 2020 and paid with a credit card. I received the order confirmation from Shopify. After they got paid from my credit card, all communication from them stopped. After two weeks of not hearing from them on the status of my order I disputed the charge on my credit card. Molaco Design Co contacted me shortly after saying they didn't have their phone to reply to me, but now they did, also confirming they received my order and would contact me to verify shipping of my vanity. They reassured me my order was in production so I called my credit card to reverse the chargeback and the funds were re-released to them from my credit card. This was February 14, 2020 and since then I cannot get any sort of correspondence from them again- not by text, phone call or email. More than eight weeks have passed for the production time and delivery of my vanity without any correspondence from Molaco whatsoever. They were paid for a service they did not deliver on. I don't have my vanity I paid them to make and no proof from them that it is actually being made or shipped. Molaco Design Co confirmed as of last week they are still open for business despite the COVID-19 pandemic as I used a different email to contact them as though I was interested in placing an order.

Placed order for a product over 8 weeks ago. Have not received any information from the company in regards to my order. They have already been payed over 1000.00 . The owners are not responding to phone calls, or emails.

Products Purchased (two custom built bathroom vanities) never received.
After close to 1 month conversing back and forth during the month of Sept. 2019 with *** and seeing pictures of what is assumed to be her carpentry work, my wife and I decided to go forward with ordering two custom - built to size, bathroom vanities. One for our master bathroom and another for our children's bathroom. We made payment in full for the mater bathroom vanity on October 12, 2019 for the amount of $1800 dollars. After deciding on the layout and style for the second vanity a second payment was made for the children's vanity for $1850 dollars which was to include termite treatment for all of the wood used to build both of the vanities AND freight delivery to area code 85648 in AZ.
The seller advised that it would take 6-8 weeks to build the vanities. At the 7 week point, I started reaching out to the seller, wasn't responsive to phone calls, e-mails or text messages. After a tot al of 9 weeks I finally received a reply stating she had a family emergency, had not yet started building bur would do so ASAP. At this point Christmas and New Year had come about, I waited until after the new year to reach out again and sent several messages throughout the month of January with no response. None of my phone calls were answered nor returned. Finally after threatening to file a complaint with Revdex.com and Paypal, I received a text response February 12, 2020 stating that *** had an unexpected medical emergency, but the order was almost finished and I would be contacted soon to confirm scheduling of freight delivery. It is now March 5, 2020 and I have yet to hear back or get any further response in regards to my order.
