not large enough for us to assist with the deductible. At no time was there ever monetary assistance offered or promised. The customer in question does not have anything in writing from us that we ever agreed to pay his deductible. Water and Mold Away USA has never disputed the damage of the customers roller shade and will definitely pay for its replacement, per the customers request. The customer will be issued a check for the roller shade Friday, 2/17.
