[redacted] called to give verbal response: She stated I am rejecting the business response because he did a second test in the 2nd unit? upstairs and I have never received those test resultsHe? cannot charge me for something he has NOT provided the test results forI don't believe I should pay for the 2nd test since I have no test results from the testThe test comes from IMS Laboratories ( just like the first one) and he has not presented those results from them for the 2nd testI called IMS directly and they told me a 2nd test was never submittedI was awarded a judgement in small claims court in December of for $He? never showed up in courtTo date he has only paid me $out of the $After the judgement was awarded was when he showed up to make the paymentsHe made check payments of $each and cash payments: $50, $50, and one $Therefore the bottom line is, according to the judgement he still owes me $250.00.? Customer called to have indoor air test done to which we provided work , giving her an independent report provided by a 3rd party(laboratory) based out of Michigan (standard procedure) IMS laboratory Results came back conclusive that she had mold She wanted us to do the work, wrote her an estimate, took a deposit of (standard procedure ) Her property has residential dwellings She then called and asked to do an air test in the upstairs unit to make sure her tenant AQ was safe which we did at a reduced cost of [redacted] never paid for that work She said she would pay for it along with the remediation work to be done in the basement I agreed that that would be fine even though that is not how we normally handle those situations (normally pay as you go as far as air testing because of the fact consumer is getting all of the results and once they have them without paying for them , it can be difficult to collect ) She then said she wanted her deposit back which we agreed to pay less the second air report ,for a total refund of before we could get the check to her she took us to small claims court , called attorney general , called channel news etcmaking up lies about me Then she started showing up at my house demanding payment or at least partial payment , which we gave her I have hand written receipts, (which I had to do because she would just show up at my door unannounced ) I can retrieve cancelled checks from our bank if necessary etc totaling in payments .? ? ? We also have copies of her mold reports which she claims to you are fake Consumer has been warned not to come to our home or the homes of our neighbors spreading lies and generally scaring people (including my wife and our children ) that if the harassment continues the police will be called( Should have been called already) ? I can gather paperwork and drop it off at your office if you need it for your file .? We did all we could for this customer and would have handled the matter differently (ie mail her a check ) if she would have afforded us the opportunity .Craig [redacted] Expert Mold Services

She changes her story every time she talks to someone I never admitted the testing was from another building She was home along with her son, husband and some type of social worker One day she would want the work done then call and say not yet etcetcWe already went to court Unfortunately I was out of town and she got the judgement out of default We were going to reimburse her anyway which we did what she is telling you is we paid her of when we actually paid her of the deducting the we charged for the second test I only say this because it may explain all the different stories etc I would like to drop off all receipts and both reports to you so you have them.Craig [redacted]

to accommodate them at the onset This particular customer was going through a divorce and always seemed to be very miserable We also presented them with a contract before starting that they said they were not comfortable with signing and to land the job we agreed to go ahead with a handshake agreement The contract clearly states we do not reimburse for any testing etc . I called IMS directly and they told me a 2nd test was never submitted. I was awarded a judgement in small claims court in December of 2015 for $510. He  never showed up in court. To date he has only paid me $240 out of the $510.00. After the judgement was awarded was when he showed up to make the payments. He made 2 check payments of $50 each and 3 cash payments: $50, $50, and one $40. Therefore the bottom line is, according to the judgement he still owes me $250.00.  [redacted]

Craig R[redacted]'s company had to return three times to properly abate the attic. Is that an acceptable performance standard when each return abatement cost your customer an additional $200?  Total additional cost was $400.  There are emails and receipts for testing that support all of these statements.  To dismiss our legitimate concerns about the poor work and added costs on our part as a matter affected by a divorce is unprofessional. We were going to reimburse her anyway which we did . what she is telling you is we paid her 260.00 of 500.00 when we actually paid her 375 of the 500. deducting the 125. we charged for the second test .  I only say this because it may explain all the different stories etc .
