Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Again, the tenants hired MIS to do mold inspection on my property is to have me follow through MIS remediation recommendations Those testing and recommendations are presumably based on honest and unbiased work What I am complaining here to Revdex.com is how can an "inspection" only company produced a report full of manipulations and biases The tenants authorized Brandon to answer my questions about their report Once I got more self-educated and the more critical questions were asked, I never hear anything back from MIS.
Instead of plainly claiming your report is accurate, please answer my questions because I am pointing to "facts" in your report And factsI need your explanation to justify the investment in your recommended remediations Why did you call "bathroom" register as "recreation" room register? Why did you call "Sump Pump" closet as "HVAC" closet? How can a HVAC intake air from sump pump closet and then disburse them into the entire house? Why so many dried stachybotrys ended up in the air sample of sump pump closet? Why unlivable places like hallway closet and sump pump closet were tested for air quality? Why the dehumidifier was turned off in the recreation room during the inspection?
I will not accept MIS's response without getting the answers

Advertising is the example that Revdex.com only handles complaints between contractual customer and sellers.  If you believe you are the victim of scam advertisement you can file complaint to Revdex.com, but you are not the paying the customer of that advertising business.
In my case, I am the owner of the property that [redacted] and [redacted] hired Mold Inspection Science (MIS) to do a mold inspection.  The product the MIS produced is the mold inspection report with remediation recommendations that the tenants request me to follow through.  Like most home owners I rely on the report being "objective", "unbiased" and "truthful" to invest tens of thousands dollars per their remediation recommendations.  The tenants also rely on their professionalism to when asked whether certain tests are necessary or not. This is no less than hiring a CPA firm to do an audit and then relies on the audit report to make investment decision. 
The house is free of active indoor mold growth and has no water intrusion or high moisture issues to cause future mold growth on the date the inspection was done, during the past five months after the inspection is done and now.  
Why did MIS encourage the tenants to invest $1299 in a mold testing and came up with over tens of thousand dollars remediation plan which is totally unjustified?
If a mold inspection company does not have to be scrutinized for this type of behaviors, then I can just totally disregard MIS report and to hire my own mold inspector to get a report in a way I want.  Where is the "trust" in this marketplace?  Is this a marketplace that Revdex.com wants to promote?  I seriously doubt it.   
I also attached MIS report here.  You can see the humidity reading of "67.7%" was taken from a bathroom register. My recreation room has white floor carpet.  And also can you see a HVAC unit in the "HVAC closet" picture in this report?  Except the three humidity readings one from the bathrooms and powder room (are those by nature wet and humid after use?), no habitable places have humidity higher than 60%.  Thank you very much for your time and help in my case.

Our clients, [redacted] and [redacted], were satisfied and pleased with our service.  Unfortunately for [redacted], we cannot report biased information for the homeowner, but rather we must report information from our inspection based on our experience, conditions found on site, readings from our tools and instruments, and laboratory samples.  Our report is accurate and was accepted by our clients, [redacted] and [redacted].
We've been in the business of mold inspections and mold testing for almost 15 years.  We do NOT perform mold remediation and thus have no financial interest in mold remediation work.  Our reports are unbiased and based on the facts found at the time of the inspection.  Our report is the work of a professional, certified inspector and the lab results are from a nationwide AIHA certified laboratory.
Lastly, [redacted]'s statement that we came up with "..over tens of thousands of dollars remediation plan..." is false.  We do not perform remediation and thus provided no remediation bid at all.  I'm unclear why [redacted] would make this statement.
