Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/16) */
We remediated mold in the basement of this house in the SpringThe client called us about three months later in the Summer and said that there was mold present in the basement againWe met the client at the home to reinspect in August
During this second inspection, the A/C was off and humidity throughout the home was over 70%The walls of the basement office were saturated, which was evidence of a water intrusion that would not be covered by a warrantyI pointed out that my original proposal stated: "Aside from correcting any direct water intrusions it is recommended to utilize a dehumidifier to help maintain proper relative humidity levels throughout the year (30-50%)." Since this was a new water event, we recommended removing the affected paneling, drywall and ceiling from the office and they absolutely need to address the source of moisture from the foundationThe mold remediation was completed at the end of AugustTwo weeks after this, the client told us a buyer's inspector found mold in the home, but wasn't told the locationSince we removed all the affected building material, we were unsure where mold could be located within our scope of workI told the client I wanted to meet her at the property to see if we could determine the area in question, but the client said she wanted to get more information firstThe next day we received the Revdex.com complaint and we reached out to the client to discuss the same dayDuring that conversation she said she had another remediation company working at the house and she would need to call me back to discuss further the next dayWe never received her call, but attempted to reach her multiple times - leaving messages on her cell, office, etc

From: Mager, Hal [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, February 11, 3:PM To: [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Subject: Charter Oaks Terry, We received your faxes and apologize that this has taken longer than anticipated. The data, as you know, is
very old and it has taken time to compileI have found more information to review with you that shows that there wasn’t an error. You never had a lease on the large 75/Argon/COcylinder that is in your possession and as such rental was invoiced per our standard procedure. You have been paying the rental that we invoiced for the one cylinder that was not on a leaseYou have renewed the lease on the oxygen cylinder repeatedly and we have never received the cylinder back per your claim. We have the documentation on the lease and the renewals for the oxygen that were invoiced and paid for by youWe also have documentation on the dates of the remaining two leases and the renewals coupled with the shipping documents that all tie together I have called the Revdex.com and am awaiting a return call from Pat Cassidy so that we can resolve this correctly. I left you a voice message today asking for a return call. Please call me at your convenienceBest Regards and Safe Travels, Hal Mager Region General Manager Matheson 614-906-
