My daughter purchased this item as a gift for me from this shop in my local mall. I've been trying to exchange the item for just a larger size since August 2019! I've been continuously given both broken promises and have gotten the run arounds from both sales associates, as well as the general manager with no results still today!
Refund At this point, I would be willing to still exchange item for the size I need or return item for a full refund!
