Contacted Seasons for a simple check on my residential heat pumpService was provided as scheduled but a part was identified as needing replacementPart was ordered, delivery scheduled weeks outNo call from Seasons but they finally checked on status and advised that wrong part had been recevied
Asked for an update - again said they would call back but again, no call
Went to a competitor, they arrived as scheduled the next day and fixed the unit without replacing any parts

We paid for them to come out and repair our HVAC system, specifically the Compressor on our *** which had failedInitially they attempted to charge almost hours of labour because they had to send out a senior person as the junior person was not able to trouble shoot the issue correctly
After much arguing they agreed to reduce the billmonths later the same issue arose and this time they sent out another technician and charged hours for his timeAfterwards they would not repair the system with the warranty covered item from *** (who provided it at no cost) unless we allowed them to completely redesign the systemWe did not believe that to be reasonable and disputed paying the charge for the "service" call for work that was basically done less than months ago and work that was still in question as to whether it had be done correctly hence leading to the possible failure the second timeWe refused to pay and they sent it to collectionsThey refused to resolve or repair the issue

When we needed repairs to our heat pump this company sent a person out to do the job and he determined that we needed a new part on our furnace which he would have to order and come back to install, in a week. When I specifically asked him if we would be charged a second service fee if he did this, he said NO, just the cost of the part would be needed and the install would only take about 10 minutes to complete (otherwise we were prepared to do the install ourselves). Then we were completely forgotten until I phoned to see what the hold up was. Finally the work was done and we received an additional service fee plus the cost of the part. When I contacted the company about this, they said that we had been told we would be charged a second service fee and all they were willing to do was reduce their charge, not cancel it. This is even with the repair man having written that he was returning with the new part on the original invoice, which had been paid in full.
