I received a call from Mrs*** in regards to a mold issue in her homeShe had a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs that had visible mold growthBeing elderly lady I repaired and remediated both areas for $at a huge discountAt NO CHARGE I ULV cold fogged her
entire first floor and put a ozone machine in both bathrooms to eliminate any odorsI did not charge her for that treatmentShe said thank you She then called me again about mold in her basementI inspected the basement and told her all the wood structures have white aspergillum mold growth and that it needed remediated asapShe said she didn't have the moneySo I ULV fogged her basement with a airborne antimicrobial at no charge to help her being a elderly lady I felt obligated to helpHer air ducts down stairs have paper tape with black Cladosporium mold on themI told her it needs treated with a antimicrobial and re dun with HVAC tapeShe said she didn't have the moneyI then found black mold in her corner and barely charged her , $So I treated the corner with a antimicrobial mildicideShe was pleased and told me when she gets the money she will call me to treat all the wood rafters in basement and the ducts wrapped in paper tapeI have her mold test results for basement and will send her resultsShe probably does smell mold because it is all over her wood rafters and in the HVAC air ductsI do not have any work over there left to do, She needs to finish the mold remediation job by cleaning and treating the wood rafters and clean and treat the HVAC air ducts to stop the mycotoxins from cross contamination up stairsI have went out of the way to help and she was so gratefulBut I cant have a business if I do work for freeI haven given Mrs*** so much free work to help her with the mold cross contaminating her up stairsThe mold remediation job will be complete if and when she can pay to finish the wood rafters in basement and to re wrap her ducts with HVAC tape not the paper tape with the black mold growth on themShe is not complaining about my work only wants me to come out and finish basement at no chargeI haven given her free labor and free microbial fogging treatmentsI guarantee all my work but the area downstairs she is complaining about hasn't even been treated or cleaned by our companyI do not know really what the complaint even isShe was so grateful for the free work I did for her that would of cost her into the thousandsI would be happy to remediate her basement and air duct system which includes replacing the infected paper tape with the black mold growth on it when she can pay to have it done.Best Regards,Rick D***Contact me: *** *** ***

Revdex.com called business spoke to Richard D***He stated he was hired to go out one time to remove mold from garage walls and spray a cold fog air (which removes odors)He was to meet consumer at 4:PM at home she was not there and Richard returned at 7:PM and completed the job
Consumer presented him with a payment at that timeRichard said she needs to have her gutters repaired as they are allowing rain to run into garageRepair to gutters was not part of agreed upon work

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner came out on the day I called about the mold problem I explained to owner that I don't get off until 4:30PM and traffic I may not get home around 5:30PM.  I called him and said we could meet on another date, but the business wanted to come out that evening after he got done with another house.  He came out and used detection equipment to detect mold growth and water damage.  He found the leak to be coming frombehind the wood panel where the gutters were attached and offered to have one his men come out and fix the problem behind that area but never contacted me back after the first inspection and meeting help fix it.  He took my payment and never contacted me back. 2nd inspection follow up and  2nd application process was never done.  This business has never contacted me to resolve this issue of my mold or to even check to see if the first application worked the way it was supposed to work.  I have called him several times and he let's it go to his voicemail and never responded to my inquiries.  The least he could've done was to check up on the first application to see if it was progressing appropriately.  No! couldn't do that.   He wanted to take the money and run.  He still hasn't made right on his work.  At this point he would have to do everything he was proposing to do or refund my money since no follow up to date.     I am not confident that he treated the mold correctly. How this business owner handled his work.   I will not ever use his services again.
