When we went to the home the customer was advised that in order to locate a leak on the domestic hot water system it is much more efficient to have the hot water heater on which allows us to pinpoint where the leak is by infared temperature readings and by soundWe also verify that the leak is not just the T&P valve releasing when it is under pressusreI am not sure if or why our office staff or technician would tell the customer that we wanted to cut open a wall when there was not any water evident in the homeAs far as the water shutoff this home is serviced by a private water company and it is against their policy to allow anyone to shutoff the water at the meter, they require one of the technicians from their company ( [redacted] ) to shutoff the water at the meterIt was obvious from the homeowner that she was not comfortable with my technician and I understand her not wanting him to continue with the workWe originally charged for one hour of diagnosis time but we had issued a credit over thirty days ago for the charge so the customer was not responsible for any charges for the work we did

Hello thank you the only info I have is from the mailed pkg partly torn off What I can read says shipping dept smart warehouse ??? kill creek rd Upton? KS zip I have also attached two screenshots one email from the molecular site AKA quantum Chef and my reply screenshotI have not had a
response/resolution/refund yet. Hope this helpsOddly, It is difficult to find out where the actual location is. Look forward to your assistance Many thanks! ***

We did go to service this home on Feb11, (Saturday which is overtime), the customer is correct that our sewer snake only has 100' of cable on the drumIf our technician told her he went 120' he was incorrect and it is possible that he did not clear all the roots out of the lineA second
drum has to be used to extend the snake beyond 100'We returned on Feb19, when we spent an additional two hours making sure the line was clearedBoth times we were there were overtime hoursWe spent a total of three hours working on the issue to get the sewer line cleared, we only charged for two hours which I felt was fairShe paid $for the first one hour service call then was billed incorrectly for two hours on the second service call which I corrected and sent a revised invoice for $(one hour of overtime service)Making the total billed $for three hours of overtime serviceIf the customer is saying we did not get the line cleared on the first trip which may be correct based on the additional work required on the second trip it would have taken more time on the first trip to get the line cpmpletely cleared so the initial invoice would have been moreIt appears that we did not complete the work and should have taken more time on the initial service, I felt charging for two of the three overtime hours was a fair solution for both parties

The business response is unacceptable Note the invoice states they snaked line and removed blockage 120-feet - this is the invoice from the 2nd tripThe technician on the first trip stated he went feetMy husband asked him how far he went and in front of both of us he stated feetThe first time I called TCR Rooter regarding the bill, the A/P Clerk Laura stated the first Technician used drumsThat was a lieThe technician used one drum - both my husband and I witnessed this and we learned later that one drum can only go feetThe bill I received from TCR Rooter states "quantity 1" @ $One hour at Two Hundred Ninety Eight Dollarsnot two hours at $From other customer complaints I have read this is the company policy to quote one price and invoice the customer for a higher priceIts time to step up and stop these fraudulent practicesI called TCR Rooter to perform a service on 2/Clear the blocked sewer lineI paid $as requested for the service which was not done properlyI had to call them back days later to finish the job - when no one had been in the house for those five days - nothing else had been flushed or washed down the sewer. That's fair? So if a company does not perform a service as promised or advertised its ok to charge them twice for a service and then "discount" the 2nd bill? The company response is neither fair nor ethical. I will not be expected to pay additional money because they did not do what their job the first timeI was told when I called the second time to have them go out that if they had not cleared the blockage properly there would be no chargeI asked them to call me if there was a charge because I did not want my son to pay for itI was not at the residence the 2nd timeI did not receive a callNo charge correct?

is not just the T&P valve releasing when it is under pressusre. I am not sure if or why our office staff or technician would tell the customer that we wanted to cut open a wall when there was not any water evident in the home. As far as the water shutoff this home is serviced by a private water company and it is against their policy to allow anyone to shutoff the water at the meter, they require one of the technicians from their company ([redacted]) to shutoff the water at the meter. It was obvious from the homeowner that she was not comfortable with my technician and I understand her not wanting him to continue with the work. We originally charged for one hour of diagnosis time but we had issued a credit over thirty days ago for the charge so the customer was not responsible for any charges for the work we did.
