I purchased product Molecuslim and Supera ,guaranteed and they refuse to refund money.
On Jan.17th/2020 I purchased above products with guaranteed refund if products failed to work. Jan 20/20 $140.85 was posted on my BMO mastercard for the Molecuslim posted as Easytrack payment phone # (888-848-1588 ) QC distributed by Molecuslim Box 497 Maxville,ON Canada K0C 1T0 and Supera complete from Super Diet Alternatives Box 566 Maxville ON K0C 1T0 charged my BMO mastercard $24.95 phone # (833-810-1923 ) both refuse to answer the phone or respond or refund money.I used product for 1 month with no help in losing weight what so ever .If they want me to send bottles back I can do that empty or full doesn't matter ,it costs less to send them back empty

Molecuslim certainly does not live up to the hypeI lost absolutely NO weight with this productIf any one is considering buying this product- save your money and your timeHow can they advertise the way they did? This is definetly advertising

I took Molecuslim as directed on the bottle I lost no weight it is a scam they tell you I the first week you will lose pounds nothing never happen I requested a refund and it was put back on my card in days just a company with a scam like so many others after that I started to read medical jonatals and fount a way on a diet to lose unwanted weight that is working for me to date I have shed ponds Good luck to all who are trying to lose weight

Ordered product pd for express delivery was told 3/5business days if not received by 5th day they could refund the 7.00 express delivery charge
Purchase date 5/18/2019.89.95 plus 8.95 shipping costs and 7.00 express delivery charge.pd by credit card.did not receive product as promised.false advertising if you ask me.

This has been a very bad experience ordering from them!!!! I called and order from molecuslim and I confirmered the priceThey signed me up fro something I did not order to two different companys!!!!! My bank called me when I had two different charges and asked if I had ordered from these companys and I said noThey cancelled my debit cardI called molecuslim and they were the ones that gave my information outIt has been a nightmare!!! Don`t sign up with this company I don`t recommend this to anyone.I am trying to get my money back and it is like a three ring circusThis is a very bad company

I knew going in that I would not lose pounds in days, that claim was ridiculousBut I thought I might lose 10, or maybe even just pounds, which would have been OK with meI have lost absolutely zero pounds, none at all, from this product, and I walk daily and don't eat junk foodThis product is worthless, and I feel that advertising is used

Molecuslim certainly does not live up to the hype. I lost absolutely NO weight with this product. If any one is considering buying this product- save your money and your time. How can they advertise the way they did? This is definetly false advertising.

I started out with high hopes of losing weight....well, after 1 week of no loss, I am the same weight...no miracle 6 pounds loss in 2 days..no nothing....it does't work....

I followed directions to the T. Not only did I not lose weight, I gained. I completed the bottle just to make sure, I called for a refund, was asked to send bottle back with a return code, name address etc. Did so, It was received at the company on June 24, 2016, I called July 7, to find out about refund, it was not registered yet, would put a rush on it, called back a week later said it would be a check instead of on my card, waited another 10 days, said it would be on my card, somebody made a mistake, waited another 4 days, they said it would be a check and it had been mailed on the 7, they were telling me the truth, called again last week got same story, it was the truth had been mailed on the 11, called today the 22nd and he was telling the truth, it had been mailed the 18th, talk about scam, and would not let me speak to a supervisor, on disability and need my money.

I tried it for one month. I lost 6 lbs the first week, after that nothing. When I stopped the pills I gained back the 6lbs

End of March I mailed a request to order product from this company. Called on 4/16 they said they hadn't processed my order request but should be done and received by end of April. Today is May 4 and I called again and was told they haven't received my order. Even though I haven't been charged for product it is disheartening to expect something and then be told they didn't receive the order. Funny post office hasn't returned my mail to them either.

I ordered the 120-day supply. When the product arrived, the expiration date indicated that the product would expire before the 120 days. I called to complain. They sent me more product. The replacement had the same expiration date and lot number. When I called again, the same thing happened. Now I have asked for a full refund. I must submit a picture to show that I have bottles with the same lot number and expiration date. This resolution came only after repeated requests to talk to a supervisor. We will see if I get the refund. I doubt it.
