I have been an resident of a Wilhoit property for 1/years and have been very pleased with the time I have lived hereThe walls are apparently very thick, I never hear any of my neighbors
The apartments and grounds, are spacious and beautiful The leasing agent ***, is always courteous, helpful and patientI can tell she really enjoys her job and is not working here "just to get a check"
Our maintenance man ***, keeps the common areas of the apartment building and the lawns immaculate
There are regularly scheduled (but so far not needed) visits from an extermination company
If I were asked about structural changes, being in Oklahoma we could use better tornado sheltering But this is a common issue in Oklahoma
If anyone reading this review knows of an open apartment, available apartment, that they are thinking about applying for, I would not hesitate to submit the application, as you'll not get a better value, square footage, and cost for your housing dollar

I Needed a part for car and fortunately they had it(only source found)Terry, was exceptional in handling my request, looking up the part and making sure it got sent out by his associate, RayVery reasonable priceFirst rate customer service! Positive dealings with these people
