The member's original complaint was in regard to billing and enrollment discrepancies In Member states in
his rebuttal that he received inaccurate invoices
Response:
Molina has resolved the billing issues and worked very closely with the member over the last week to relay updates and ensure the lines of communication are openMolina recognizes the error and invoicing discrepancies that occurred with your account, which are now correctedWe believe that we have come to an appropriate resolution and will work closely with the member to ensure updated invoices are sent and the member is comfortable with the resolution going forward

This response is in regard to the consumer rebuttal submitted on January 21, 2016.
Background:Member states she has had issues with Molina Healthcare dating back to April 9, 2015 pertaining to eligibility. Inaddition, she has experienced discrepancies In Invoices which has created billing issues with her account.
Response:Molina Member Services contacted the member on January 29, 2016 to Inform her of possible resolutions. Themember stated she was unavailable as she was heading to a meeting. She asked for a call back on MondayFebruary 1, 2016 around 10:00 am to discuss. Member Services will contact her again at that time to provide anupdate.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Receiving a clearly generic response letter in no way shows that Molina in any way cares about rectifying their mistakes. I also have no doubt that Molina will never contact me because they have failed in every other instance to do so. You are an awful company and I will make sure to inform everyone I interact with not to use your company or any services you provide. You spent seven months screwing things up and have never accepted responsibility for them. I have always tried to do the right thing (like telling you in the first place you're billing was screwed up but was assured it was "correct") and all you've wanted is for me to pay and pay and pay despite you being unable to give me a correct bill IN SEVEN [redacted] MONTHS.You [redacted] as a company.

Background:
The complaint states that the member is having issues finding a new Psychiatrist who will take his insurance.
 
Response:
A Molina Case Manager attempted to reach the member on 11/2/16 and 11/4/16 to assist with finding a new Psychiatrist but the member was unavailable so voicemails were left requesting a call back. An unable to contact letter has been sent to the member.

Background:
The member states he called the two extensions and they did not work and therefore is rejecting the response.
 
Response:
Our records show the member called the Case Manager on November 10, 2016. The Case Manager was able to work with the member and schedule a same day appointment for the member with a new behavioral health provider. The member thanked the Case Manager for the help.
