The worst health care provider I have ever hadI am pretty sure it is a scam to take your money and not offer health insurancePretty much at every contact point with this insurance I was screwed overI paid $a month to be treated poorly

MOLINA MARKET PLACE THE ENT THAT ARE LISTED DO NOT TAKE THIS INSURANCE AND THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL SEND IT TO A CASE WORK AND YOU NEVER HEAR ANYTHING BACKSO THEN YOU TRY AGAIN AND YOUR TOLD TO DO A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION THROUGH YOUR DOCTOR BUT NO ENT IN TEXAS (WE HAVE TRIED ALL OVER TEXAS) WILL DO IT BECAUSE MOLINA WILL NOT PAY THEMSO MY SON WHO IS HAS HAD SWOLLEN TONSILS AND LYMPH NODES NOW FOR ALMOST MONTHS NOW AND I AM GOING TO JUST HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PAY CASH FOR HIS TO SEE A DOCTOR TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM BECAUSE THE INSURANCE I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH DOESN'T HELP US

Yes I have been a member of molina since jan. 2016 and every month I have to call to pay my bill because every month they give me a different price. On wed Sept 21they told me my bill was twice what it shoulf be and I had to pay or be cancelled I choose to let the insurance lapse and find another provider because they cant explain why they sent me an invoice saying one price but quoting me another price I think something is fishy there

A company claiming to be Molina Healthcare reached out via email and asked me to schedule an interview via Google Hangout. During the interview the interviewer claimed to be J. Mario from Molina Healthcare (the actual President and CEO) but had horrific grammar and asked illegal questions including my gender, age and bank that I use as well as my address, email address and cell phone number. The initial email came from a Jill Sutton ([email protected]).
