Review: I wish to file two kinds of complaints against this company. They have worked on my website for almost the last 2 years. Firstly, the one that is making me write at this point is that this company has been collecting money for me for 43 weeks for an online Creativity Club - 'Clare's Club' - through a service called STRIPE and prior to that SPACEBOX (I don't understand why they used two). They helped me set up 'Clare's Club' online, so it would monetize. However, they did the accounting under their own account name, rather than setting one up for me, so I did not have access to it and when they closed out the account a number of months ago, to switch to a direct payment method, they have been promising to send me my money ever since, and have not, coming up with various reasons and promises that don't make any sense. Secondly, there have been a number of outstanding fixes to my website, from over a year ago that have not been completed, even though the work has been paid for when invoices were sent. I don't know that you can help with that but I feel that I have been rather powerless to let them know that someone is watching them. I gave up on this company coming through on its promises a while ago and have waited in futility for more timely completion of projects. Over the last two years I have paid them almost $4,500. And I am told on a weekly basis that things will get finished and they are not. I don't believe it will ever be finished. Also I paid for an 'audio library' for my songs (part of my career path) and only received a 50% credit. I've never received a usable library. I started complaining in the early Summer of 2012 through phone calls mostly and got told that the company had lost money on the audio library and that I was lucky to have a 50% credit at all - but I still don't have what that first 50% went towards. It was paid in increments with freshbooks.com. I have copies of all payments but it is unclear which monies are for specific audio library. Dates of complaint may be inaccurate. Desired Settlement: Here's a list of outstanding items. Below is the link to the list that needs completing, and I would also like the outstanding monies owed from Clare's Club. I still have not been told how much that is.
