This does not in any way respond to my specific request for the $to be refunded I paid $for the apartment to be cleaned They never performed the service To that end, they are required to refund my money
They had no right to initiate any contact with the apartment complex because the issue of damages is between me and the apartment complexThere is a contract between me and the apartment complex There is no such contract with Molina's I will be initiating a lawsuit on this very issue against Molina's because they had no right to contact the apartment complex on this issue How do they know whether or not I had any intention of paying the complex for any damages? They don't Once again, completely inappropriate

I am withdrawing my request for a refund of $for a payment that I made for move-out cleaning services that M***’s Cleaning Service did not perform because I was able to cancel a payment of $that I made to the business (The $ payment was in addition to the payment of $that I made to the business ) The business cashed the $payment I have remitted a check for $to the business which means that my account has been paid in full
Please be advised that the businesses response has been wholly unsatisfactory because it did not in any way address why they accepted payment for a service that they repeatedly admitted that they did not perform This is a bad business practice To that end, I would like the fact that the business did nothing to resolve my complaint to remain on the record
