Moline Heating & A/C

In March, 2013 Mr. [redacted] installed a furnace in my home. During the initial meeting with Mr. [redacted], he explained everything he would be doing for me in installing the furnace. One of the items which impressed me is that he said he would be back in a week to make sure everything was running properly. I never heard back from him after installation of my furnace. On August 27, 2013 it was raining and my furnace started leaking. I had water pouring in from the ceiling and the 2 connecting pipes to the furnace. I contacted him that night and left a voice mail. I never heard back from him. I contacted him again the next morning and left another voice mail. Mr. [redacted] called me around noon that day and I explained to him what the problem was. He found it hard to believe that I had water coming into my home from the furnace. I told him I had pictures of the water literally pouring from the pipes and walls and running down the furnace. I had to place a bucket on the one corner of the furnace because there was so much water pouring into it. He explained to me that he was on vacation and would contact me when he got home to come check it out. I never heard back from him. Last night, September 15th, it was raining outside and again the pipes started leaking. I again phone Mr. [redacted] and left a voice mail explaining the situation and asked him to contact me. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to his wife who was very rude to me. I asked her to please have Terry call me. I have a feeling I will not hear from him. I would very much like this problem rectified by Mr. [redacted] before I have water damage to my home.
