Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have not heard anything from Moline St. Remodeling. If they were a legit company, they would have called or text us. They say they sent email. Not true. We were receiving all emails prior to them getting our money, so what happened all the sudden. Legit companies do not ignore and stop communicating with the clients. This company does have other negative reviews online, not just from us. Sincerely, [redacted]

Sorry it took so long to respond. We have technically went out of business.  As for the complaint we bent over backwards to accommodate Ms [redacted]. She changed her scheduling on us many many times. She put us into such a spot by the changes that we fell so far behind that we lost out on our...

business. We started the job with a well planned out schedule and every step of the way she added things. Part way through she stopped and called in an architect putting the job two weeks behind schedule from the start. After that was all final then the flooring went in and halfway through cabinet install she called in an electrician in which he put us back another couple of weeks. When we returned we had found the electrician added at least thirty holes that we were expected to repair at no extra charge. She claims we damaged drawer fronts by accidental drilling the handles wrong and yes that did happen we paid $220.00 for new drawer fronts. It was an accident. A curved section of cabinets were to be sent with cabinets instead a piece of plywood was sent that was not the plan. she chose to have curve specially made again. As for damage of counter top everyone was in there working including electricians over the top so to blaming us is very easy at this point. The job turned into a mess with the constant changes and we finally had to pull off and cut our losses. As for owing her money we never received payment for a lot of the changes and extras. We jumped at her calls Mon thru Sunday did what we could for the longest time but is only so much a person can do to keep a  job on schedule but with her calling the shots and changing the schedule it was a never ending mess.  Unfortunately we are now out of business and for who owes what it is a he said she said situation we feel we are owed. We just exited the job now to get blamed and accused of all wrongdoing.

the City of Denver due to needing to re-test for a supervisors license and stated that to [redacted] in an email. She must not have been receiving our emails ( I have attached proof that we WERE responding to [redacted]'s emails). We also put in an email that we would return the money December 7 as we were out of town. On December 7 I received a phone call from the Sheriff's Office requesting to drop off a summons. He dropped it off and it was a court summons to settle this matter in court. Since I had received that we are just going to deal with the matter in court. [redacted] has been writing negative comments about us all over the internet and even having friends leave false information. We have no other negative issues with customers and we were responding to [redacted]'s email regardless of whether she states we were or weren't over the matter. She will receive her refund the day we go to court, since that is the way she chose to settle this matter. We are a legitimate business and not a scam as she has been writing everywhere over the internet. It is defamation on her part. She also claims we did not send her our liability insurance information but it shows it was sent on 11/15/16 from our insurance email (policyspot).
