As of today, we have decided to hire legal counsel to represent us with fraudulent sales practices at The RoomPlace and have a news team investigation The main salesman at the RoomPlace who told us the bedroom furniture cost would be "eaten" by the store Manager has agreed to be one of our testimonial witnesses We plan to sue for a much much larger amount than $3,000, this caused has caused us so much stress, I am on stress medication and high blood pressure medicine stressing over this fraudulent case.Thank you for all your help in this matter our attorney has agreed to take our case from her to sue The RoomPlace for their faulty and sneaky, deceptive practices.Thanking you in advance

you never received a bill for the alleged balance and confirmed they were sent
to a wrong address. Multiple fees have

January 13, 2015; use of the account, or failure to close the account within
days of receiving the CCA indicates acceptance of the terms of the agreement,
including the assessment of any finance charges and fees.Bank records indicate the Overstock.com
account was issued a statement on September 8, 2015, which reflected a balance
of $with a minimum payment of $25.00, due by October 4, 2015. A statement was issued on October 9, 2015,

account current, and you confirmed that your address on Nicole Drive in
Milford, Connecticut was current. Please
be advised that the Overstock.com billing statements were issued to the Nicole
Drive address and the Bank has no record of the statements being returned as undeliverable.On December 11, 2015, a phone call was placed
to you by a representative of the Bank’s collection team to advise you of the
status of the Overstock.com accountYou then updated the address to your State
Street address, as shown above, and advised the statements were being sent to a
previous address.Although no Bank errors were found, in the
interest of customer service, a credit in the amount of $was applied to
the Overstock.com account for late fees. We encourage you to contact our Payment Solutions team at ###-###-####

The following month you state that you received another statement, at that time you opened it and found that late fees were mounting even though there was no balance.
