Mollify, Inc.

We had both a plumber and electrician from Indoor Elements work in our home this morning, July 30, 2015. The electrician worked for 45 minutes and billed us for 2 hours @ $100.00/hr. The plumber worked for one and a half hours and billed us for two and a half hours, again at $100.00 per hour. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told that as my appointment was at 8:30 am., in which they arrived at 8:45, I was actually paying from 8:00 am. when they begin loading their trucks at the shop. (there is also an additional $20.00 truck fee on the bill) The plumber told me that this is how they are instructed to write up the bills. [redacted]
