Review: In March of 2014, I purchased $200 Molly Brannigans gift certificates for $100. Terms and conditions are posted. I called the restaurant before buying them and asked for the manager. I asked if the certificates could be used for carryout orders. A female who indicated she was the manager said they could be used for carryout.In July 2014, I placed an order. I went to pick up the order and the manager said they could not be used for carryout orders. I showed her the certificates which had the terms posted on them. She still said they could not be used for carryout. I asked her where those terms were. She did not provide a response.She did take the certificates this one time but indicated they would not accept them for carryout in the future.I emailed the business office and the Harrisburg restaurant. I did not get a response. I then emailed both a second time. I did get a response from the manager and she said that I did not ask for a response in my first email. I once again asked where the terms and conditions said the certificates could not be used for carryout orders. However, I did not get a response.Desired Settlement: Accept the certificates per the terms and conditions listed on them. Do not imply or add additional terms after the fact. Accept them for carryout as they were not restricted for such. [redacted]
