This cleaning was scheduled to be early but we were informed last minute by the homeowner that the closing on the home would be later so we had to re-route the teamWe did arrive later than we initially scheduled but that was mainly due to travel time and trafficWe do not show any notes or calls here from the customer since we always respond promptly to our customersWe called customer immediately upon our knowledge of the complaint and immediately resolved the situation.Thank you
