We called Molly Maids of Bloomingdale to try out the service as we were in the market to change maid services, we spoke to [redacted] (Owner) and she seemed very nice and accommodatingwe spoke about the prices and what we should expect and decided to schedule for Saturday MorningWe agreed on the pricing and that the maids would stop at hour to ask if we wanted to continue for an additional chargetwo hours pass and we make a phone call to [redacted] and explain the situation at which time she speaks to the lead maid and ask her to wrap up the service [redacted] apologized and said we would only be charged for the hour serviceCome Monday and we are charged $more than the agreed amount! we call [redacted] immediately to avail and tried for days in a rowNo one has called back yet and we keep getting the "we are a scheduling center only" run-aroundWe also call the president of Molly Maids ( [redacted] to inform her of the issue as we couldn't get a hold of [redacted] and we have yet to hear back from her office as wellWe are disputing the charges with our bank and have filed a Revdex.com complaint and will also file a complaint with our local attorney generals office as well as contact the local news station to showcase the deceptive business practices and lack of customer service from Molly Maids Bloomingdale as well as Molly Maids Corporate

[redacted] apologized and said we would only be charged for the 1 hour service. Come Monday and we are charged $95.00 more than the agreed amount! we call [redacted] immediately to avail and tried for 5 days in a row. No one has called back yet and we keep getting the "we are a scheduling center only" run-around. We also call the president of Molly Maids ([redacted] to inform her of the issue as we couldn't get a hold of [redacted] and we have yet to hear back from her office as well.
