Review: Molly Maid came to provide cleaning services on April 15, 2014 at 9:00 AM. We are very dissatisfied with their services. I had to go back to dust, sweep, and mop after they left. My mantle was left completely untouched as well as the living room and bedroom television stands, and lamps. Picture frames and floorboards were also left untouched. The amount of dust that was left behind was absurd. I have pictures that will support this claim. Additionally, my floors were not mopped and as result I must go behind these "professional cleaners" to perform the job correctly. When I called the company to complain, the person on the phone suggested the girls come back to fix the problems but told me that I would have to pay. I would not have a problem paying had they done the job right the first time. However, good customer service would have been for them to come back out at no charge because of their egregious mistakes. Lastly, the workers attempted to charge me for two hours worth of work when they only cleaned for 1 hour and twenty one minutes. I immediately corrected them and was given the correct price for the service.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund my payment of $120.00.
