My complaint is with the Bell/Coryell county location
I called to receive a quote for a move out cleaning for my homeI gave the representative the square footage of the house and number of bathrooms and bedrooms and ensured the house was completely empty for the cleanersI was quoted and a half to and a half hours for cleaners to clean the entire house and was given a price range of $150-$No representatives from Molly Maid attempted to survey the house to provide me with a more accurate time or price range
The cleaners finished cleaning the house in hours and minutes only minutes over the high end of the quote and the total price given to me was $I understand quotes can be a little low but for the cleaners to go over by minutes and that equating to $more than the high end of the quote is absurdI called and spoke to the manager and she told me that the quote was "wrong" and that is the price for hours and minutesShe refused to work with me to remedy the situationI do not recommend this company to anyone based on their poor business practices and inaccurate price quotes
