Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company is completely fradulant in every single way.  I paid $99 assuming I was getting a service from Getexcellentcredit, I instantly get a receipt from [redacted] for the exact same amount as what I just purchased from get excellentcredit.  So then I call the customer service number listed on the website and the phone lines all went to voicemails for boingopia.  I called three different extensions and they all three went to voicemails, and even though I left messages 3 times, to this day I still haven't received one single phone call back from them.  They charged my card at 8:53 AM and after I called my bank to file a complaint and contacted the Revdex.com then almost 12 hours later they sent me an ebook.  However their website very clearly said it wasn't an ebook as you will note from the screen shot.They had me enter a pin number to access the ebook which I didn't realize it was an ebook until after I had opened it.  By entering the pin, now they can verify that they delivered the purchase and I got it. Of course the product was nothing like what they claimed.  They claim that people can get excellent credit in 15 days.  Well based on their information of writing letters to the credit bureaus, that is completelyinaccurate and false.  There is no way anyone could follow their supposed outline and get excellent credit in 15 days.  I would be wiling to bet they can't produce one single proof of anyone following their system and getting excellent credit in 15 days.  In the second picture they talked about getting a new id number on day one.  No where in their phony material did they tell someone how to get a new id number.  Then they talked about getting unlimited new trade lines, well the way they do that is to go and make a bunch of different purchases at stores that I would never shop at in order to build my credit that way.  Again, that was contrary to what they promised.  This company pulled the ultimate bate and switch and what they delivered was not even close to what they promised.  Their argument was that they delivered the product as ordered.  I would challenge anyone to watch their sales video and see the supposed product and you will clearly see for your self that this company is complete and total fraudulant company that has learned how to cover their tracks so that they can claim they delivered what was purchased.  Regards,[redacted]
